Y/n's POV

I was now at my new school or Gwen's school as i transferred here for easy band practice since most of the members and gwen go to this school and i was the only one who goes to different one

As i walk through the halls of my new school, i notice people whispering and glancing my way, clearly recognizing you from the concert of your band since we've been going viral lately

Y/n: " man i wonder where's gwen around
this parts "

I went down the hallway, trying to navigate my way around the unfamiliar building. Just as i was about to turn a corner, i hear a familiar voice calling out my name i turn to where that familiar voice was coming

I turn to see my fellow bandmate, Gwen, approaching me with a cheerful smile and a friendly wave

Gwen: " Hey, you made it! I was wondering when you'd show up "

Y/n: " hey gwen!...neat school you have here going i see you i see you mhm hm "

Gwen grins, nodding as she walks alongside you

Gwen: " Yeah, it's a pretty nice school. And the fact that they have a good music program makes it even better "

Y/n: " Well perfect place for me i guess "

I said while looking around the place and catching some few glimpse of gwen hoping she wouldn't notice

Gwen chuckled, her eyes sparkling with excitement

Gwen: " Definitely! And with you here now, This year is gonna be fun "

She said as she gives me an excited expression

Y/n: " Hehe likewise and it'll be easier now since I don't have to travel few minutes to come here and practice "

Gwen nods in agreement

Gwen: " Exactly! No more long commutes to practice. It's all so much more convenient now. Plus, we get to see each other more often, which is a huge plus "

Gwen said the last part in a low tone she's somewhat embarrassed by what she said avoiding eye contact and was fiddling with her hair

Y/n: " Oh really?... Uh cough i mean awesome yeah i get that..Chuckle.. "

I said that while Scratching the back of my neck seemingly nervous by the tension between us two

Why did i said that awkwardly!?

Gwen playfully nudges you with her elbow, a smirk on her face*

Gwen: " Oh, don't act all nonchalant. I know you're secretly happy about seeing me more often "

I laughed at this and rolled my eyes as both of us kept on walking the halls and suddenly both our hands graze eachother i felt Gwen's soft skin brushing to mine it felt warm against mine sending a subtle tingling sensation through my fingers i won't lie that little action really made me flustered
