"So, why did you bring guests down here? It's rare that Luka can be around strangers for this long without trying to beat them up." The third brother, known as Jam, asked Demi.

Kev and Litz were now inside of the mysterious trio's hideout, which was a small and humble shack, where they sat around a wooden table.

"Well, after Luka got injured by the raiders (again), these guys helped me get him to shelter so I could heal him up." Demi responded.

"It's true." Luka responded with a gruff voice, chugging something from a large cup, then wiping his mouth. "And we brought them 'cause they wanted to propose something to us, and let you have a say in it."

"Oh? What is it?" Jam replied softly, asking Kev and Litz.

Litz spoke. "Well, we've heard about your issue on this island, and we want to help. We're going to wipe out all of the raiders that turned your city into poverty, but in return, we are interested in your abilities, and we'd like to have you on our crew."

"We're pirates, you see." Kev added.

Jam considered the idea. "And what exactly does, "Join your crew" mean?"

"Basically, you get to hang out with a bunch of people, and we live as freely as possible, with our own goals and aspirations. We also end up fighting people a lot." Litz answered.

"And you sail around the world?"

"Yep! We've been to a handful of islands already, and with a bunch more on the way!"

Jam thought about the proposition, then turned to Demi. "I think it's worth a consideration, I just think we should get to know our new friends a bit more."

Demi replied. "Yes, and joining them would mean scrapping that "project" of yours".

Litz spoke up again. "I saw that, you were working on something by the beach, what were you building?"

Luka groaned. "Dammit, don't get him started..."

Jam's eyes lit up. "Well, you see, I've been building a boat for a while now. I love my country, and my brothers, but the fact is, I'm simply not from here like them. There's just no way. I want to set out to sea to find the land I'm truly from, no matter what."

"That's crazy! What makes you think you're not from Europa like your brothers?" Kev questioned.

Jam cleared his throat. "Well, for starters, I'm the only black guy in the entire country. Also, there's no record of my birth here, and as far as the entire country is concerned, I have no blood relatives at all, I might as well have been born from a tree."

Luka scoffed. "Don't buy into it. He's actually just a looney. We've known Jam as long as we've been alive, and it doesn't make sense for him to have been from some neverland across the sea."

Demi put his hand on Jam's shoulder. "You should listen to them, bro."

"No. You know what, we're doing it. Kev, we'd like to join your crew, and one day, we're going to land at my true home and I'm going to meet my blood family." Jam stood up, looking Kev in the eyes.

Demi and Luka looked at each other, not sure what to say, until Demi talked assuredly. "Well, that's that, I guess. We still want the raiders gone by the time we leave, though.

Kev laughed and stood up too. "Three new members, and it's not even my birthday! Show us where these raiders hang out."

Back at the ship, Rain and Sneeze were about to duke it out with the intruders who hopped aboard forcefully. Fishy, the only other man on board, came running out with a book in hand. "I found their crew in the dangerous pirates manual!"

Sneeze yelled up to him. "Well, what do you know about these clowns!?"

Fishy yelled back, reading from the book. "They are the first and second commanders of the Typhon pirates, the one with the jacket is called Vai Meistro, he's got a bounty of 15 million, and the Big green one has a 20 million bounty, with the only known name of "Famisher". Be careful!
