{Author's POV}

It's been a week since that incident happened and Ranvijay made sure to keep Antara as safe as he can. He would drop and pick up her everytime from office or anywhere she has to go.

Meanwhile Neil and Ranvijay have been making plans to get the traitor. They have made a full proof plan. They just have to start implementing it. Currently, Ranvijay and Antara are leaving for her office.

"You remember na, anything happens, you have to call me asap, ok baby?" Ranvijay said and Antara nodded. "Yes, I remember, Ranvijay ji! You remind me everyday." Antara said. "I'm worried about you, baby. I wouldn't even have let you get back to work if it wasn't for you being all whiny and cute." He said.

"I wasn't being whiny!" Antara said and Ranvijay smirked. "Oh, you sure were, baby! Just like you're being whiney on bed. How do you say it? Yeah..'oh Ranvijay ji, please move fa--"

Antara put her hand over his mouth, eyes wide and cheeks flushed red. Ranvijay put her hand down and laughed.

"Kitne besharam hai aap, Ranvijay!" Antara said and Ranvijay laughed more. "Srif tumhare liye." Ranvijay said and Antara shake her head. "But on serious note, be careful, my baby." Ranvijay said and Antara nodded.

"By the way, Paarth bhaiya came to my office that day..." Antara said and Ranvijay's eyes darkened. "What for?" Antara explained him everything and Ranvijay nodded. "When did you for my shares back?" Asked, Antara. "Few days ago. Couldn't tell you." Ranvijay said and Antara nodded.

Antara was about to say something else when Ranvijay's phone rang and he connected to his car before picking up the call.

"Ranvijay, you fucker, how dare you!? How dare you burn down my company!?" Yelled, Ayaan's voice and Ranvijay chuckled while Antara's eyebrows raised. "What? Can't handle a little fire?" Ranvijay said.

"Shut up, you motherfucker! Because of you, I loss so much!" Yelled Ayaan and Ranvijay's eyes darkened. "That's what you get for hurting my wife. You dare hurt her again and it won't be your company this time." Ranvijay said and Antara looked at him with shock.

"You---" "Now, don't waste my time! My tome is precious and you're wasting it!" With that Ranvijay cut the call off. "You did it for me...?" Antara asked. "Of course I did. You're my wife, my woman! Nobody gets away after hurting you!" Ranvijay said and Antara smiled.

"Thank you, Ranvijay ji." Antara said. "No need, baby. That's what you should do for the person you care and love." At his words, Antara freeze. "You...what did you say?" Antara asked. "What did I say?" Ranvijay asked. "You said 'the person you care and...love'. You love me?" Antara asked.

"Ahhh that...well, yes. I love you." Ranvijay said and Antara smiled more wide. "I love you too." It was time for Ranvijay to get shocked. "You love me too?" "Of course, I am! It's hard not to! Especially when you care about me this much. You healed something in me, nobody could ever!" Antara said.

"Baby, you deserve it. You deserve everything." Ranvijay said and Antara smiled. After that, there was a peaceful and content silence in the car, both had a smile on their faces. Just when they were about to arrive at Antara's office, Antara saw a figure in front, not too far from them and her smile dropped.

"Ranvijay, gaadi rokiye! Ranvijay gaadi rokiye, jaldi!" At Antara's frantic voice, Ranvijay stopped the car. Before he can ask anything, Antara ran out of the car. She tried to cross the road, almost getting hit from the car before going to other side and started looking here and there.

(Ranvijay stop the car! Ranvijay, stop the car, quickly!)

Ranvijay followed after Antara before catching up to her and holding her, turning her around to him and hold her in his arms, all worried and concerned.

"What happened Antara!? What did you saw that made you run like that!? You could've gotten hurt!" Ranvijay said and Antara looked at him with tears and frantic expression. "Ranvijay, maa! I saw her. Maa was there! It was her!" Antara said and Ranvijay froze.

"You must've seen someone else." Ranvijay said. "No, no! It was maa. Vo maa hi thi, Ranvijay, mera bharosa kijiye!" Antara said. "Ok ok calm down, first. Calm down. Deep breaths, yeah." Ranvijay calmed her and Antara did as he told.

(It was mom, Ranvijay, believe me!)

"Believe me, Ranvijay. It was maa." Antara said, after calming down. "I believe you baby, I believe you, yeah? If it was really maa...then that means she isn't dead..." Antara looked at him with hope. "I'll handle this, ok? Don't worry. If what you saw is true, then I'll find maa, ok?" Antara nodded.

"Good. Good, then. Do you still want to go to company?" Ranvijay asked and Antara shake her head. "It's ok. We won't go, yeah? Let's go somewhere else instead." Ranvijay said. "But your work...?" Antara asked. "You come first for me, always. Work can be done by Neil, ok?" Antara smiled softly and nodded.

Ranvijay then led Antara to the car and startes driving towards somewhere. There was a silence in the car, not a peaceful one like before. Antara was lost in the thoughts about her mother while Ranvijay was worried about her.

While driving, he quickly shot a message to Neil about what happened and immediately told him to look into it. If Antara's mother is alive, he need to make sure, he find her.

"Where are we going, Ranvijay ji?" Antara asked, after realising they have come a little far from the city. "There's this fair that's happening a little far from the city. It's amazing. So, I thought I should take you there." Ranvijay said.

"A fair? I didn't hear anything about it." Antara said. "It's a little far from the city. Not many have heard about it." "Oh." Antara said and Ranvijay nodded. "Well, I'm looking forward to it." Antara said. "You should. It's really amazing. And who knows you can find some things for your jewellery collection." Ranvijay said and Antara chuckled making him smile.

Soon, they arrive at the fair. They get off the car and Antara was in awe. It was not a big but still a very beautiful fair making her immediately love it as she turn to Ranvijay.

"This looks amazing. How did you find it?" She asked. "Neil and I came here for work when we saw it. Let's go?" Antara nodded and they get in. Antara quickly got distracted with all the beautiful accessories and Ranvijay followed behind her with a smile.

Antara keep showing him some new piece and Ranvijay would just buy it making Antara scoff at him. They keep roaming around, shopping and eating when Ranvijay got a message from Neil as he read through it, his whole demeanor changed.

"What happened?" Antara asked, noticing his change in demeanor and Ranvijay looked at her, expression stern yet serious.

"Looks like you were right about your mother..."
