She had more than just the satisfaction of the night—they hadn't used any protection, and now, she carried his seed within her. The thought made her stomach flip with excitement. This wasn't just about getting what she wanted in the moment. This was about her future, her place in his life. She had Ethan right where she wanted him, and he didn't even realise it.

Chloe sat on the edge of her bed, her fingers still brushing over her belly, the thrill of the previous night lingering in her mind. She had what she wanted—Ethan's seed was inside her, and the thought of it gave her an immense sense of control. But it wasn't just the physical connection she craved. She wanted more than that. She wanted Ethan's love, his attention, and his devotion, just as he had given to Isabelle.

For months, she had watched them together, seeing the way his eyes lit up when he looked at Isabelle, the way he doted on her as her belly grew with their child. Chloe longed for that same affection, that same intensity of feeling. It wasn't enough to have shared a night with him in secret. She needed more. She needed him to see her, to want her in the same way.

Every touch, every kiss from Ethan that night had awakened something inside Chloe—a hunger not just for his body, but for his heart. She wanted to be the one he loved, the one he cared for. And now, with his seed inside her, she felt as though she had taken a step closer to that. If things went the way she hoped, Ethan would have no choice but to give her the attention she craved

As she made her way down the hallway, Chloe felt a surge of power. Everything had changed last night. Ethan was still under the impression that nothing had happened, that he had returned home and collapsed into a drunken sleep. But she knew better. She had been in control the entire time, guiding him, leading him into her trap.

The thought of carrying his child filled her with a twisted sense of satisfaction. This was her way of ensuring her place in his life, a way of cementing her connection to him. Isabelle might have been the one he loved, the one carrying his child, but now Chloe had her own secret—a secret that would change everything.

Ethan stirred slightly in the guest room, his body heavy with sleep. His mind was a haze, clouded by the alcohol and exhaustion from the night before. He had no idea what had happened, no idea that the woman he thought was Isabelle had, in fact, been Chloe. He had called out Isabelle's name in the heat of the moment, completely oblivious to the fact that he had just betrayed her in the worst way.

Chloe's steps were light as she moved through the house, slipping back into her room with ease. She couldn't help but feel a surge of pride. She had accomplished what she set out to do, and now, she had a piece of Ethan that would bind him to her forever.

"I have his seed," she whispered to herself, her fingers gently brushing over her belly as if to confirm the reality of it. The thought thrilled her, and she smiled to herself, knowing that this was just the beginning.

Morning came, and Ethan woke with a heavy head and a dull ache in his body. He sat up slowly, rubbing his temples, trying to piece together the night before. He remembered meeting his client, the drinks, the late night, and stumbling into the guest room, but the rest was a blur. He assumed he had passed out the moment his head hit the pillow.

Groaning, Ethan got out of bed and made his way to the bathroom. As he splashed water on his face, he couldn't shake the feeling that something was off, but he brushed it aside, attributing it to the hangover. He had a vague memory of dreaming about Isabelle, of feeling her next to him, but he dismissed it as nothing more than a trick of his drunken mind.

He made his way downstairs, still trying to shake the grogginess from his head. Isabelle was already in the kitchen, her back turned as she prepared breakfast. She turned and smiled when she saw him, her face glowing with that serene joy that always came from knowing their baby was growing inside her.

"Morning," she said softly, walking over to kiss him on the cheek. "How was last night?"

"Late," Ethan muttered, kissing her back. "I drank too much, as expected. Didn't want to disturb you, so I crashed in the guest room."

Isabelle smiled warmly, none the wiser to the events of the previous night. "Well, at least you didn't wake me. I was wondering how long you'd be out."

Ethan chuckled, though the nagging feeling from earlier still tugged at the back of his mind. He couldn't shake the sense that something was off, but he pushed it down, determined to enjoy the quiet morning with Isabelle.

Across the hall, Chloe listened to their conversation from her room, her smile widening. She had no intention of revealing what had happened. Not yet, anyway. For now, she would let things play out, watching as Ethan unknowingly carried on with his life. But she knew that in time, the truth would surface—and when it did, she would have the upper hand.

Chloe ran her fingers over her belly once more, imagining what could come next. She had his seed inside her now, and whether or not it would grow into something more remained to be seen. But the thought of it, the possibility, kept her going. It was her secret, her card to play when the time was right.

For now, she would wait. Let Ethan think everything was normal. Let Isabelle believe she had him all to herself. Chloe knew better, and the knowledge of what she had done gave her an intoxicating sense of power.

As Ethan sat down for breakfast with Isabelle, chatting about the plans for their day, Chloe remained in her room, smiling to herself. She had what she wanted. And soon, they would all have to deal with the consequences of that night.
