"Morning," I greet Cisco as I hand him a cup of coffee. "What's up?"

"Barry's just saving these people from this burning building... It's great!" I roll my eyes at how over-excited Cisco is and listen into what is happening, intrigued nonetheless.

"Barry? Barry!" Cisco says, watching the screen of the device he has in his hands.

"What? Did I miss it?"

"You overshot by about six blocks," Cisco grins and I can't help but do the same.

I hear Barry sigh, catching his breath. "My bad!"

"He can run fast but he's pretty bad when it comes to stopping," I say and Cisco nods in agreement. "It's been two weeks, how is he still awful at it?"

"You there yet?" Cisco asks and I spot Caitlin standing behind him, frowning slightly.

"What are you doing?" Within a second, every screen is turned off and Cisco attempts to play it cool, spinning around to face the young woman.

He takes the lolly he was sucking out of his mouth and shakes his head. "Nothing," he mutters, sucking on the lolly again.

"Who were you talking to?" She asks, looking also at me this time.

"No one..."

Caitlin walks towards Cisco, "were you talking to Barry?"

"Who?" Cisco asks, lying badly.

"Yeah, who's Barry?" I play along.

"Barry Allen? Struck by lighting? Was in a coma for nine months? Woke up being able to run  faster than the speed of sound? Ring a bell?" Caitlin answers as I try not to laugh due to watching Cisco become more uncomfortable.

"No. Haven't talked to him."

"Cisco, there's fire  everywhere!" Barry's voice booms through the speaker and I mentally curse. Caitlin and Cisco's heads turn towards the source of the sound. "Cisco are you still there?"

I look at Caitlin and try to smile, knowing no matter what, I'll look guilty.

"Everybody's out," Barry says, sounding relieved. "What else you got for me Cisco?" Caitlin slams down the button that allows the person to talk into Barry's headset.

"Barry, it's Caitlin."

"Hey, Caitlin... How's your day?"

"Get back to S.T.A.R Labs. Now." She spits and I look over at Cisco, raising my eyebrows. Caitlin also turns to look at Cisco and he smiles, attempting to act cute.

"On my way."

"What's up with you?" I ask Caitlin and she shrugs, walking away to make herself a cup of coffee. "If you need someone to talk to, I'm here!" I offer and then take a seat next to Cisco.

"Something tells me she wont take that offer up," he says and I nod my head, agreeing.

Barry shoots through the door, landing in the on the other side of Cisco. "Hey," he greets him and nods at me. I return the gesture.

"Have you all lost your minds?" Caitlin fumes and I put my hand up, asking for permission to speak.

Caitlin nods at me. "I had nothing to do with this, I was just listening in, I am innocent," I defend.

"Have you both lost your minds?" She repeats, this time directing the question at the two men standing either side of her. "Who do you think you are?"

"Well I'm the eyes and ears and he's the feet," Cisco sasses.

"This isn't funny. You could've gotten yourself killed! You can't be running around the city like some super-sonic fireman," Caitlin says, walking away, Barry and Cisco following.

"Why not?" Barry asks. "This is what we talked about:  Me using my speed to do good."

"We talked about  you helping us contain   other people who  might have been affected   by the particle accelerator  explosion," she argues back. "Metahumans."

"Metahumans?" I repeat. Everyone ignores me as they continue to argue.

"And aside from Clyde Mardon,  we haven't found any," Caitlin finishes her mini-rant.

"People in this city  still need help," Barry sighs. "And I can help them."

"We can help them," Cisco interrupts.

Caitlin's eyes focus on something behind Barry. "Will you please say something?"

I look over to where she is looking and see my Dad rolling into the room. "I think  what Caitlin is saying,   in her own  spectacularly angry way,   is that we are just  beginning to understand   what your body is capable of. Not to sound like a broken  record, Mr Allen   I do caution restraint."

Barry looks around in annoyance and rolls his eyes like an hormonal teenager. "Dr Wells,   I doubt restraint is how you got  to be the man you are today!" I grit my teeth at the words that left his mouth and bite my tongue to stop myself from having yet another argument with the man in the red suit.

My Dad nods patronisingly. "In a wheelchair and a pariah. Lack of restraint  is what made me these things," he begins to spin round, a small smirk evident on his face. "Know your limits."

Caitlin walks around to face Barry, annoyance clear on her usually soft features. "Don't expect me to patch you up every time you break something," she snaps and leaves the room, following my Father.

I follow the two of them, speed-walking to catch up with my Dad. "DAD?" I shout, trying to get his attention.

He stops and spins around to face me. "Yes, Evelina?" I can tell I've annoyed him by stopping him from going wherever he felt was necessary.

"Can we grab lunch or something? We haven't had Coffee Thursday in two weeks!" I exclaim and he bites his lip; a sign of nervousness.

"I would love to Evie, but I said I would help Caitin build something to improve Barry's stamina, possibly making him go faster," I roll my eyes for what feels like the 100th time today.

"You've spent two solid weeks with Mr Allen, what about me?" I ask and he shrugs his shoulders.

"Sorry sweetheart, I promised Caitlin," I look over at Caitlin for some help.

"Dr Wells, I can start it off and you can help me later on or tomorrow? I think you should spend some time with Evelina," I smile at her and she smiles back.

"No." My smile drops. "I said I would help Caitlin. I'm sorry Evie, we'll do it some other time," he says and wheels off.

I'm left standing alone in the corridor.

Barry comes jogging past. "Tell Wells I had to see Joe will you?" I nod and he thanks me. "Hey, you okay?" He asks and I nod again and he runs off.

No, no I'm not okay.

A.N: HEEEEEY! I'm so so sorry for not updating for nearly two weeks (two weeks tomorrow actually!) but I have had the worst writers block ever! I don't even think this chapter was very good! I hope you enjoyed reading it though and thank you for all the votes! You're all angels!
