"Okay, Barry you need to be fast!" Caitlin calls into his earpiece, trying to motivate him.

"They're in the building," I tell her, hacking into the CCTV to see what's going on. We hear a bang and I glance at the screen. "They've shot a security guard, they're heading towards the main office!"

"I know Stagg stole your research, but that doesn't give you the right to murder!" We hear Barry tell Danton.

"Yes, because it's a well-known fact that sweet-talking criminals actually prevents them from committing whatever crime they were about to do..." I mutter, rolling my eyes.

"You think this is about my job?" We hear Danton ask Barry before a gunshot sounds and Barry cries out. I flinch at the sound. "This is about Elizabeth, she was my wife." Barry cries out again and Danton continues. "She had a degenerative coronary disease, she'd been on the transplant list for years, but time was running out. So if I couldn't get her a new heart - " He is interrupted by Barry.

"You were gonna grow her one."

"I was so close until Stagg stole my research so he could reap the glory... And I got to bury my best friend," the room is silent as we listen to the man's story. "Now I'm alone."

"Oh my God, he's multiplying like there's no tomorrow!" Caitlin gasps. We hear more groans from Barry, like he's being punched repeatedly. "Remember Barry, find the prime," Caitlin says, calmly.

"There's too many of them to fight!" He pants.

"Barry, you need to isolate the prime," I say, shocking the room at the fact I am helping him as my distaste for the young man hasn't gone unnoticed. "What? I'm not gonna let him get beaten to death!"

"Huh?" A confused voice sounds through the speakers.

"Nothing..." I mutter. "Isolate the prime, Barry!"

"It's impossible!"

"Nothing's impossible, Barry. You taught me that, you can do this!" Joe says, leaning into the mic to speak.

It's silent for a few minutes before we hear a mix of heavy breathing and laughter.

"Barry? Barry, are you alright?" Joe asks.

"Fine," Barry breathes. "I'm fine!" My Dad smiles and Joe looks relieved. "It's done."

Everyone looks at each other, smiles finding their way onto our faces.

Suddenly we hear a crash. "What was that?" I ask.

"Hang on!" Barry calls and it all goes silent.

"Central City police officials are now confirming former employee Danton Black..." I turn off the TV, not wanting to listen to the report on the man whom Barry could've saved.

I sigh and head towards my bedroom. I close the door behind me and sit on the bed, looking around the room I have come to hate.

It holds too many memories. Too many painful memories. I turn to my bedside table, picking up the picture of my Mother that sits there, guarding over me like the angel she was. "I miss you," I whisper, a tear rolling down my cheek. "I'm so alone, Mommy. Dad's priority is Barry now, not me. It's like he's completely forgotten who looked after him when he lost his ability to walk." I wipe away my tears and take a deep breath in to calm myself down.

Grabbing my laptop, I lay back on my bed, propping my head up with pillows. I search up 'Henry Allen,' anxious as to what I will find. I click on the first link that comes up and am shocked by the resemblance I see between this man and Barry.

As I'm reading the article, I notice nowhere near the same as what Barry said happened that night. I think back to Barry explaining what happened, how he was worried the man in yellow was like him. What if he is? I look through the pictures posted in the article, trying to find any evidence but failing miserably.

"Hello?" Barry's voice rings through the speakers.

"Code 237 on Waid Boulevard," Cisco replies, not even greeting him back.

"Public indecency?" I ask, in unison with Barry.

Cisco frowns, looking at the screen. "Wait, I think I meant a 239." I roll my eyes, knowing that that's wrong as well.

"Dog leash violation?" Barry asks. Caitlin sighs, storming over to the mic, clearly irritated by Cisco's inability to understand police coding.

"Bad man with a gun in a getaway car. Go." Barry hangs up and Caitlin keeps an eye on his vitals.

"Where was he tonight?" I ask Cisco.

"Iris," I nod at his answer and raise my eyebrows, swinging around on the chair I'm sitting on.

"You guys definitely just crashed his date with her," I laugh and Caitlin glances up at me, frowning. I stop laughing.

"She has a boyfriend," Cisco reminds me and I roll my eyes.

"Won't stop Allen, will it?" I ask and it's Ciscos turn to roll his eyes.

"Why do you call him 'Allen?'" Caitlin asks once Barry's done his job and got back to his 'date-that-isn't-a-date.' "It's not very friendly."

"Boohoo, if he doesn't like it, he can tell me. It's not like I'm his best friend anyway..." I say, spinning around again.

"Why do you hate him?" Cisco asks and I pretend not to hear, walking out of the room and leaving the two genius's behind me.

I step out into the fresh air and decide to walk home through town as it's getting dark. It's safer in town, more people around if I end up getting stabbed or mugged.

I'm no more than two minutes from my house, making my fingers run across any flat surfaces that I can, something I used to do when I was little, when I walk past a restaurant and glance inside out of curiosity. It's the the Darbinyan crime family. One of the most dangerous families in the city.

They're sitting around a table, and it looks like they're deep in conversation. One man stands up and begins talking, I take a seat on the bench opposite from the restaurant and pull out my phone to make it look like I'm not watching them. As he's talking, I can see him coughing, almost choking. I frown but continue watching.

More men stand up and more start choking as I see a green mist or gas start filling the room. What on Earth is going on? I carry on watching until the first man drops dead. I swallow the bile rising in my throat and stand up, heading home.

I can't be dealing with this right now.
