3.2 Finding Balance and Inner Peace
Now let us first understand what exactly manifestation is?
Manifestation is a powerful technique, if you faithfully implement the manifestation techniques, sooner or longer you would eventually spot positive changes in your life.
It is a process through which one may fulfil their deep desires.
There is this famous verse :
"Yatha drishti, tatha shristi"
The way we perceive this world or the people around us, is the same way we assume this world to be. The approach one sets for this world would reflect his thoughts and would ultimately contemplate his life. Our mindset is the foundation of our life ahead.
If we believe and concentrate about the positive aspects of the world and retain our focus on the brighter side of what we desire from this Universe, we would unquestionably achieve our ultimate goal.
But if we are one of those who invariably dwells upon the negative aspects of life, who always reckon upon the downcast and sorrowful stuff, then it ultimately would reflect the same in our lives.
AFFIRMATIONS
The Universe listens to each and every statement we bring to live, 24 by 7.
Several statements pass on gets stored in the universe and then the universe tries to find a way on how to manifest, how to bring that about in your life. Therefore it is rightly said in Hindu culture that goddess Saraswati resides on our tongue that being the case you should always voice positive. Do this daily exercise before flaking out, vocalise everything you desire to have in your life in present tense, As if you have already achieved those thoughts in your
life.
A lot of people ask me that when you say Universe is listening, so what do you exactly mean by universe.
What exactly is the universe ?
Now in simpler terms, the Universe is the Supreme Power, The one you always end up at any time you come across any stumbling block. That supreme power is the Universe.
As in Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta lord Krishna said,
"I am transcendental, beyond both the fallible and because I am the greatest , I am celebrated both in the world and in the Vedas as the supreme personality."
"He is the source of all things and present in all things, both physical and Metaphysical."
SURRENDERNDING
Lord Krishna said (chapter 2 verse 47 )
"You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction."
This is the most popular verse of Bhagwat Geeta probably known in every household.
One should always do their duties and actions regardless of expecting anything in return.
The art of surrendering is the art of devotion and sacrifice. Surrender your actions (karma) and fruits of actions (karmafal) to the supreme personality
From the verse above Lord Krishna tries to teach us the following:
Do your actions, without the hope for the fruits of actions.
This is because when we focus on the result, we are not able to focus entirely on our actions that bring about stress and anxiety. The result is only dependent on your actions but many other factors also come into being, like your actions, your past actions, will of the supreme power and cumulative karma of people involved.
Taking an example to understand it better, kids play cricket play often with their friends for the enjoyment they get during the process and are not concerned about the results. They simply enjoy the process of playing cricket regardless of whether their team will win or the opponent. The artist running their brushes on the canvas do not worry about the result rather they seamlessly enjoy the procedure of letting their canvases see being covered by colours.
DETACHMENT
"Lord Krishna said: O mighty-armed son of Kunti, what you say is correct; the mind is indeed very difficult to restrain. But by practice and detachment, it can be controlled."
In the past few years the world has evolved to an ultra modern level. The degree of advancement and development is tremendous but along with the same humans are now even more attached to their possessions and belongings, lets say their property, their dream bike or let it be the man relations whether by birth or by choice, the relation of daughter with father, son with mother etc. have huge attachment.
Detachment means letting yourself unaffected by the possessions you have earned after your birth. All the materialistic articles and the bodily relatives made are all illusions (moh-maya). All the karma you do in favour of your parents, sibling is your responsibility. And you ought to do that cause it is your karma. Detachment does not mean to let go of your responsibility for your relations in this world. You have to understand that the relationships you possess in this world are not constant and would change in another life but what remains constant is that supreme personality so rather than being emotionally connected with the humans in this illusionary world detach yourself from every single consumerist and attach yourself to the god (Universe).Detaching yourself from the illusionary world and attaching yourself to the universe (god) is what detachment means.
These relatives are only with us for this birth but the one who would support and guide us in our every birth is the supreme power. For me that supreme power is lord Krishna, it's not important it would be the same for you. Detaching yourself from the bodily relatives and attaching yourself to the one who is permanent supreme is what detachment means.
We all need to understand that we are nothing but a part of the supreme power that is lord Krishna. We all have been born from him and will be becoming a part of him after death.
Following the above, one can definitely attain positivity and balance in their life
