PROLOGUE

In the event the reader is not interested in reading a 500 page book, or is going to be offended by my truthful statements against the leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the United States Department of Justice, then put the book down after reading this page because the rest of the story is about my crusade to bring felons to justice; whether they be a Prophet of the LDS Church, or the President of the United States of America.

The LDS Church affiliated law firm of Kirton McConkie has embezzled the estate of my parents, Max, and Joyce Eliason, valued at over $250,000,000 by inserting the following paragraph in the trust documents which gave a crooked Sr Partner named Craig McCullough the right to make himself a beneficiary, and to take it all...

SECTION 6.5.2 RIGHT TO ADD CHARITABLE TRUST BENEFICIARIES

"Craig McCullough, as the Trust Protector, acting individually and not as a fiduciary, shall have the right, without the approval or consent of any adverse party, to add beneficiaries to the trust notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement. The Trustee may, in its sole discretion, distribute so much of the income and principal of the Trust as the Trustee deems appropriate to Beneficiaries who may be added to the trust pursuant to this section."

Now, under the sickest display of corruption in history, the list of defendants now includes the Biden Administration and the First Presidency of the LDS Church for their criminal involvement in concealing over a decade of crimes against my family, which are being allowed to continue to this day to protect the guilty from being exposed as felons at large.

Anyone who believes they have rights which are guaranteed under the United States Constitution, should read this tragic story of my family, and fear for the day they "Awaken to their Awful Situation."

I believe Ayn Rand said it perfectly,

"WHEN THE LAW NO LONGER PROTECTS YOU FROM THE CORRUPT, BUT PROTECTS THE CORRUPT FROM YOU – YOU KNOW YOUR NATION IS DOOMED."

This book exposes the most unbelievable and deep-rooted corruption from within the walls of The LDS Church, their dedicated law firm of Kirton McConkie, and the Department of Justice. The crimes committed within the estate planning associated with my parents' assets which are rich in oil and gas properties and real estate, are so numerous it would take a book much larger than this to expose all the defendants' dirty little secrets.

But, due to the prominent and respected positions of the defendants listed in the lawsuit described herein, justice will never be served unless this story is spread to enough influential people who can ensure that the laws will be enforced, and the rights granted by the US Constitution upheld.

As the reader will quickly understand, justice being served in this case will close the doors of Kirton McConkie, send dozens of attorneys and judges to prison, and financially cripple the LDS Church while doing irreparable damage to its public image for good. After realizing firsthand how corrupt and hypocritical these organizations are at even the highest levels, I hope they get exactly what they deserve for the crimes which they have committed and now conceal; justice.

I am writing this story of my family and the crimes that continue to be committed against it, with the hope that it will make the public aware of what individuals in positions of power can do while swearing an oath to enforce the laws of the land and to uphold the rights granted by the Constitution. For these blessings which we assume are protected and take for granted, have been denied to me and my family since February of 2019, when this battle began against both the Church and State.
