Fatima went into her room and went straight to the shower! She was tired! She was working overtime to rebuild the relationship Zac and his siblings once had on top of trying to help him recover! She also realized that Zac wasn't as bad as he seemed! She still wasn't sure if they would end up together but she acknowledged he was a stand up guy despite how the tabloids portrayed him! She finished her night time routine and laid across the bed! She had been so busy! She had forgot to pick up Koa so she decided just to spend the night at her house for the night and then come back over in the morning to dive back into training Zac! She grabbed her keys and walked out but was stopped by Jream and Jerm!
Jream, "T, where are you going?"
Fatima, "I'm going to stay at my house tonight with my dog Koa and then we will be back in the morning!"
Jerm, "But we don't want you to go!"
Fatima, "Koa gets anxious when he is alone and I need to go get him! I know I won't feel like driving back but I promise you, I'll see you in the morning!"
Zac came out of the room, "What's going on?"
Fatima, "Well I was just telling your brother and sister that I would be back in the morning!"
Zac, "And where are you going?"
Fatima, "I'm staying at my house tonight with Koa since I forgot to bring him and then I'll be back in the morning! I'm not going to feel like driving back!"
Zac, "Well you don't have to drive! My driver will take you!"
Fatima, "That's really nice of you, but it sounds like an inconvenience!"
Zac, "Nothing about you screams inconvenience! Plus We can just ride with you, to keep you company!"
Fatima thought about it a little while longer and then she agreed! They walked out and Zac made sure Jream and Fatima got in first and then him and Jerm got in last!
When they arrived to Fatima's house she ran in and grabbed Koa! Who was waiting beside the door! She also grabbed his bag and walked back out! Koa jumped into the back of the truck and laid down! She knew he was anxious because of the way he was laying! They headed back to Zac's! By the time they arrived, the kids were sleeping!
Zac, "They're more precious when they're sleeping!"
Fatima, "I doubt that! They're really good kids!"
Zac, "Yeah they are! I kinda feel like I've been failing them! When I took them in I didn't take into consideration the amount of attention they needed! I should've been home with them more and now since being injured, I don't have a choice!"
Fatima, "You live and learn Zac! This is your first time raising kids! It'll come natural after doing it for a while! They look well taken care of to me! You just have to prioritize your family!"
Zac, "I have to learn how to do that! I was used to just ignoring my mom but I couldn't do that when it came to them! I had to step up and remove them from that situation! At first I thought it was too late but they have a better past and future than she gifted me!"
Fatima, "It's never too late to be the man God called you to be! Now let's get them in the house!"
