Chapter 48

"Hey, Do You Have a Younger Brother or Sister?"

Alanna's heart sank, and she looked at Naiosha, who suddenly spoke, "What?

"Is it a girl of eleven or twelve and a boy of seven or eight? Seriously injured last night?

Alana's eyes turned cold, and she immediately understood that the woman in front of her was the attacker. It's good, there's nowhere to find it when you step on the iron shoes, and it doesn't take much effort to get it.

Seeing her expression, Naiosha grinned red lips to the base of her ears, "Ah, sure enough."

"I'm not afraid to tell you clearly, it was me and Johnson who attacked them last night," she pointed to the tall man on another flying horse, "The high-level protective magic weapons in their hands are really difficult, and they have wasted a lot of our effort."

"Nayosha!" Johnson retorted.

Damn, this woman is sick, right? What's there to brag about? Are you afraid that the Night Watchman will not hate them? Most importantly, what the are you talking about yourself, what are you doing by my name!!

"Shut up!" Neosa gave Johnson a disdainful look, what a coward.

She looked at Alanna again, and tapped her finger to her chest, "There was a hole in here last night, and your sister did it." She's not a good thing.

"So what?" Alana asked faintly.

"Oh," Naiosa sneered, "don't you think you'll be able to go back safely? The kid next to you can't say for sure, but you're doomed to die. When the time comes, I will bring the news of your death to your younger siblings.

"You-" Roy couldn't stand it anymore and was about to scold her.

"It's okay," Alana pressed Roy's arm, "no need to talk nonsense with her."

Stephen glanced at the four of them, not bothering to speak. Although he was not used to Naiosa's style of stirring up trouble everywhere, she was right, the necromancer was dead.

In a stagnant atmosphere, the five of them landed in a wilderness.

"Right here?" Roy couldn't help but ask.

"Oh, you're thinking too much," Stephen pulled out a bone whistle and blew a series of notes into the woods at the edge of the wilderness.

After a dozen seconds, the woods shook, the air surged, and two griffons fluttered up from the forest and landed in front of the five.

"Just change the means of transportation," Stephen laughed, "Pegasus has a limited speed and can't go far in a day." But Griffonmon is different, and can take you to our Cult headquarters.

"How's that, aren't you looking forward to it?"

Roy's heart sank.

If the two children are imprisoned in an abandoned place, it is better to say that the two of them still have the hope of "robbing the prison". But if it's locked up in the headquarters of the Cult of Prophecy like a cloud of masters, it's a big problem.

Maybe even if the location information is sent out, the transcendents of York City will not be able to storm it.

"Yes, I'm looking forward to it." Alanna replied slightly.

The smile on Stephen's face faded. For some reason, he sensed some kind of strange aura from this girl. Could there be something odd about her?

Forget it, how weird can it be? Even if he and Johnson can't deal with it, there are many masters in the Divine Cult Headquarters. The elders of the round table are in charge themselves, what can a little necromancer do?

He wanted to see how long the girl could compose.

The griffon's speed was indeed not comparable to that of a pegasus, and it shot out in the sky like an arrow from a string, and in less than an hour it was out of a radius of three hundred miles from Yorktown.

That said, Helen's carpet search strategy really couldn't have found the kids.

After another three hours, night fell in the sky and the stars lit up. The sound of the air whistling in my ears began to mix with some kind of regular soothing rhythm.

"The sound of the waves!" Roy exclaimed.

Stephen curled the corners of his lips, ready to admire the shock, adoration, and fear on their faces.

I saw a huge ship rocking on the inky sea. It is at least twenty or thirty kilometers from the shore, about three hundred meters long and eighty meters wide.

Expensive hedron lamps stand every five meters on the ship that can expel evil powers, and the hull and sails are painted with various magical runes, surging with rich spiritual power, which can be called a floating sea palace.

Roy didn't bother admiring its beauty, and the alarm bells rang wildly in his head.

Prophecy is crazy!

How could anyone have their headquarters on a ship?

Yes, the seas of this world are far wider than the continents, but there are frequent storms at sea and many strange creatures!

Not to mention that the deep sea is the edge of the world, a lost place, full of endless pollution, if you are not careful, you will be invaded by evil spirits, poisoned by pollution, and become crazy!

No wonder they didn't blindfold themselves and Alanna, and didn't even deliberately take them around. Because they knew that even if they and Alanna knew where they were being held, they would not be able to rescue them.

The two of them, plus six children, will leave the ship in full view? Rowing an escape boat?

Unless a shipload of transcendents is dead, they will be caught up immediately.

Yorktown's reinforcements could not be raided, whether from the sea or from the air, as soon as they appeared, they would be immediately detected by sea reconnaissance.

It's a dead end!

Stephen looked at Roy with a look of despair on his face, and admiration for the foresight of His Hopal Crown rose in his heart.

Do you really think they're a bunch? Since I dare to let you come, then I am fully prepared.

The elders of the round table didn't even bother to predict how the two men would use to secretly interrogate. For whether you get the message out or not, whatever the Yorktown transcendents do, they can't win.

"The Church of Prophecy looks rich." Alana commented calmly.

Stephen couldn't help frowning, this girl is such an ice cube face! I must have panicked in my heart, but on the surface, I pretended to be extremely calm.

But the more this is the case, the more intense the desire in his heart becomes, wanting to see her bow her head and admit defeat, crying and begging for mercy!

"Yes, in terms of per capita wealth alone, the Church of God of Prophecy is definitely the richest church in the world. Apostates from other churches who want to truly join the Cult of Prophetic God must pass a five-year trial period.

"Then how do you make money by kidnapping and reselling extraordinary items?"

Although he was telling the truth, Stephen was uncomfortable listening to it, "How do you think the Four Orthodox Churches are good?" The priests of the Nature God Church don't sell potions and swords, and the Magic Church doesn't sell magic equipment?

"We're hereSince there are many apostates from the Orthodox Church, you should really hear how they used to make money. The church is all the way, and no one is more noble than the other!

"As long as you grasp the supreme divine power, you can control the public opinion of mortal earth!"

Alana has lived through the civilization of two worlds. Of course, we know that the gap between the rich and the poor, class stratification is doomed, and there is no utopian world in which everyone is equal.

Those who control scarce resources are destined to stand at the top of the pyramid, but in different worlds, scarce resources are different.

"But hasn't the God of Prophecy fallen?"

"You know what!" "Stephen hates it when people mention this, "His majesty the Pope is only ...... away from being a demigod"

"Stephen!" Johnson's brain is about to explode.

This group of people who prophesied about the Divine Cult usually looked quite shrewd, but when it came to the status of the Divine Cult, they were dizzy. In a few words, he leaked his old bottom cleanly.

Stephen's face flashed with a hint of concern. In his eyes, Alana is no different from a dead person, so he can say what he wants, and there is no need to be taboo.

But he eventually kept his mouth shut, lest Johnson go back to the elders to complain.

Johnson took the bone whistle from his bosom and blew out a signal of three long and one short. Then the hedron light on the bow of the ship flashed regularly, signaling that permission was allowed to land.

The griffon, apparently trained many times, landed unerringly in the white landing zone at the bow of the ship. A large man with a beard and wearing black slim leather armor led a group of guards to wait outside the district.

"Buffy, we're back, bringing two night watchmen with us." Stephen said.

Buffy's expression didn't change in the slightest, obviously knowing the Elders' prophecy for this negotiation, "Well, it's a little late. It was the middle of the night, and the elders had rested.

"Then the group of priests and night watchmen are to blame, and they discussed it all afternoon." Stephen grinned, "You can't figure out who the Night Watchman sent, though. That's the girl, she's a necromancer!

Buffy swept Alanna with a faint expression and let out a soft "um".

The guards looked at Alanna, their eyes lit up, as if they had suddenly found a live lobster in a low-end buffet, and they rushed forward to take a bite.

"Alright," Stephen waved his hand, "over to you, I haven't had dinner yet."

Johnson and Neosa didn't linger either, and followed Stephen towards the restaurant.

Buffy looked at Alana and Roy expressionlessly, "I'll take you to meet the elders tomorrow morning, now go to your room and stay honestly, there will be dinner for you."

"What about the kids?" Alana asked.

Buffy looked at Alana's young face, and after a moment of silence, he said, "When you finish eating, I'll take you to take a look." Don't think about what to do, every move you make on the ship is under the control of the Cult.

"I don't want you to be thrown down and fed to the sea beasts before you see the elders."

Alana didn't say anything more, and was taken with Roy to the normal guest room on the lower floor of the ship.

It doesn't look like a place to entertain, but a room for ordinary crew members.

The door was an ordinary oak door, there was no carpet on the floor, and the air was humid and smelled of some kind of magical machine. Outside the glass window near the ocean, from time to time some kind of slippery tail flashed away, I don't know what kind of strange creature it was.

"Alana," Roy hung his head, frustrated, "I'm afraid we're going to fail." I imagined all the possibilities, and I had no idea that their headquarters would be on the ship.

"And," he said, "they're targeting you." Just as they wanted the remains of high-level transcendents before, they wanted ...... Your natural constitution.

Alanna looked at him for a moment, not trying to comfort, "What did the Chief tell you before I came?"

Roy was stunned for a moment and shouted: "The chief said, you will lead this operation, and everything will be under your command."

"Well," Alana looked at him calmly and said softly, "So, you don't need to worry about how to save people, you don't need to worry about me, you just need to listen to my arrangement, understand?"

"Ming, understood."

"First of all, calm down and don't cry with a sad face. Second, wait for them to bring food, eat it seriously, and don't go hungry.

"Can you really eat it?" Roy hesitated, "Will they do anything in the meal?"

Alana raised the defensive magic weapon in her hand, "Let's not say that they don't need to poison it, even if they are poisoned, our defensive magic weapon is still in our hands, isn't it?"

"Oh, yes. But why don't they take our magic weapons?

"Because they have a lot of confidence. The two of us are just cultivators, and even if we have magic weapon bonuses, we can't beat the two Holy Envoy guards left behind at the door.

"That's right," Roy tugged at the corners of his mouth, smiling more ugly than crying.

"Finally, think ahead of you what otherworldly creatures you can summon if you were to leave the sea."

Roy was stunned for a moment, as if a bright light had split through his mind.

And if you want to leave from the sea? Alana already has a way to get the kids out?

Wait, isn't that why Alana asked him to come with him? She had expected that they would come to sea?! That's why he was asked to go with him as a summoner.

However, he had never tried to summon a sea beast, and he was not at all sure.
