STUDY BUDDY ━━

ANTHONY NEVER REALLY UNDERSTOOD WHY PEOPLE WASTED ALL THEIR teenage years on having someone to call their significant other. It just wasn't that important to him, it seemed ridiculous but whenever a girl got shipped with him he had to keep himself from gagging. Relationships had always been rather a weird concept to him. His parents had always told him he would grow out of it and just find love like he and his mother did. Anthony had always called it bullshit, he would never be seen wasting his time on a girl, ever.

But now he wasn't so sure what kind of attraction he was feeling towards Ethan, surely it couldn't be a romantic one. That would be weird. Could you imagine the child of star Daniel LaRusso being gay? Letting that legendary name die down? That would be horrible. Well, perhaps his sister could just force her husband's children to take her name. That could secure the LaRusso name, and Anthony and Ethan could become a picture. But, again, he would never be gay.

Anthony stared at Ethan was researching on his laptop for any topics that may interest them for the project. Some small features started to become more noticeable, he had dimples whenever he smiled which Anthony found adorable if he didn't lie to himself. Lying did seem inevitable for him. He noticed how Ethan often ruffled through the locks of his hair as if it was a necessity to keep himself from going insane.

"Mhm.." Ethan hummed oblivious to the eyes goggling his direction for the past ten minutes. Anthony quickly realised he was looking at the boy just a bit too long and quickly refocused himself on the empty sheets of paper digitally displayed on the laptop screen in front of him. "We could make it about the nature versus nurture debate." He spoke gently as he looked away from his screen.

Anthony locked eyes with the boy and almost immediately nodded. He wasn't sure if this was purely because he wanted to satisfy Ethan or because he genuinely thought it was a good topic for the assignment. Either way he knew he wouldn't be able to come up with something more interesting or something the teacher would actually like. If he had to do the assignment alone he would have very likely just decided to rip off someone else's work about pepsi reacting to mentos.

"Y-yeah! Yeah that's great, umh.. I don't know much about that though." Anthony sheepishly muttered, Ethan quickly smiled, reassuring the boy his worries.

"Don't worry, I actually love this topic so much." He explained as he quickly closed Anthony his laptop and opened his own Word document. "Honestly, if you want to I could do this on my own." He explained nervously, hoping that Anthony wouldn't take this as an insult in any type of way.

Anthony his eyes quickly widened, "No! I- I mean- I don't want to burden you with it.." He had quickly covered up his outburst, hoping it didn't come over too obsessive. He enjoyed spending time with Ethan, he was like a fresh breath you get after standing inside a smoke filled room. Spending time with him made his own mind clear up, it was like Ethan was something he had been searching for his entire life and couldn't live without.

Anthony did really like Ethan, or spending time with him. He wasn't really sure which one it was, he wasn't sure if he could handle the reality of his emotions.

Ethan his brows raised in surprise, genuinely shocked that there was a soul out there that enjoyed his presence except Erin. He fought the urge to break out in the most radiant smile the world has ever seen and nodded. "Okay then, so tell me what do you know about the nature-nurture debate?" He asked.

Anthony felt a small blush creep onto his cheeks. Not because of the fact that he didn't know anything about the topic, because he could feel his stomach turn to mush the second Ethan had looked his direction. Maybe that was the time Anthony finally realised, Ethan was in fact the most beautiful, handsome boy that had ever walked this earth.
