A Friendship as Strong as Steel

Valsilia's backstory

As a young child, I was abandoned, not only on the godly but also on the mortal side. On the streets, you were just dying, until somebody found me. His name is Leo Valdez. You might know him as the guy who has a magical tool belt and made the Argo II, or as the guy who died and came back to life on Calyspo's and had TRUE LOVE, but until you see their arguing, you can't say that it was TRUE LOVE, it was more of my stepdad, Leo, being annoying to Calyspo, and her retaliating with her invisible servants.

Anyway, my stepdad just came and said, "I wonder what this kid is doing on the street. Let's bring it home."

When he came home, he realized that I was a demigod because I already had a powerful aura, which probably saved my life. Well, then Calypso, my stepmom, was like, "LEO, WHY DO YOU HAVE A CHILD?"

And then my stepdad was like "I don't know, I just brought her in because she was probably a demigod."

Then his hands LITERALLY lit on fire and burned me. That's how I have a burn mark on my elbow. Then my stepmom decided that she would take me in because she couldn't have any children (because she's like, 3,000 years old...) So I grew up learning how to use a dagger and how not to turn "This Girl is on Fire" when my stepdad was in the room, trust me he's burned a lot of radios by doing that. And yes, We did have radios because my stepmom had "I'm 3,000 years old" issues so she is going through the years of technology.

Also, I got to meet some of Leo's friends. I met Percy Jackson, Yes, the guy who saved Olympus twice and got Annabeth to like him. I think the second feat is harder, but saving Olympus twice is hard too I guess. Percy is a chill guy, and yes, I call my stepdad's friends by their first name because they don't like being called by their last name. Percy taught me how blue is an amazing color and whenever my stepmom bakes cookies to adds blue food coloring and delivers some to him. Why blue, I don't know, but causing chaos is one of the most important things in the Valdez family.

Annabeth is, nice, but she is scary sometimes, okay, a lot. I'm sure she could make a god permanently fade if she wanted to. Usually, she doesn't randomly give me homework to do, key word, usually. (My stepdad doesn't believe in homework.) The bad thing about doing homework is one minute I'm learning about multiplication and the next, Annabeth is explaining how to find how to find the surface area of a sphere. Also, whenever Annabeth is called "Ms. Jackson", Percy looks smug and Annabeth glares daggers at whoever calls her that.

I've only met Piper and Shel a few times, but they're pretty nice. They are a cute couple, but I would like to meet Jason, he sounded nice too. (WHY, TRIALS OF APOLLO BURNING MAZE) Piper looks sad whenever Jason is mentioned, though they broke up.

Frank and Hazel live in New Rome with Percy and Annabeth. They are very... how do I say it? Bad at being romantic. They try their best but, they can be super awkward with each other. Once, Frank and Hazel went to a nice cafe, and my stepdad and I were spying on them and we barely held it together. I think they saw us because they got up and left as soon as we started to laugh.

People who don't know me very well say that I take after my mom Calypso, and then I have to tell them that I'm adopted, and then they're awkward. Everybody who doesn't know me very well can think that I'm serious, but I am a replica of my stepdad.
