Two weeks passed slowly, Ana still did not know why she was in Gold or why her sister was not here, one thing she did know was that she was angry with the Prince, and going insanelybored, "Excuse me can I go and explore the gardens?" She opened her bedroom door and addressed the four gaurds who stood their.
"I'm sorry Mi'Lady but His Highness ordered that you can not leave your room," The lead gaurd named Laten spoke bowing his head in respect for her.
She had received that answer every time she had asked, not a word different, "Then please get ChristaBella," the maid had become her fast friend always there to lighten Ana's mood.
"I'm sorry Mi'Lady but I must ask His highness, he has said she is only to care for you and not for a companion," he said gazing at her before bowing.
"If he didn't want me to have a companion he should have roomed me in the dungeon and only fed me himself, for I would never have spoken a word to him," she was exaggerating and angry, the gaurds looked at her stunned, she smiled coyly, "Go ahead and ask him, but listen closely, if I hear the wrong answer I will not hesitate to throw myself from the balcony. Tread lightly knight, my life will be on hiw conscience."
The fire in her eyes warned Laten that she was angry, "I will proceed to ask His Highness. " He bowed then hurried down the hall, his retreating footsteps the only sound in the hall.
Ana shut her door and rested on her bed, she drifted off to sleep only to be rudly awoken by a loud knock on the door. Rushing to the door expecting ChristaBella but only finding Laten, her excited face fell into a frown.
"His highness rejected your request and in his words, 'She is to stop acting like a child and stop making immature threats.' He said you will not get dinner and tomorrow ChristaBella will no longer serve you," Laten was bowing the entire time so he didn't catch the flames that ignited in Ana’s blue eyes.
"So be it," she said before for slammed the door shut and locked it.
"Mi'Lady please don't do anything rash," Laten called through the door, Ana smiled slyly she would get Prince Xavier to bring ChristaBella to the door before she opened it.
"Don't worry Laten, you had nothing to do with it but I must follow through with my promise," she called before walking toward balcony she made sure to open the door harshly so the knight would hear her.
"Lady Analya please open the door!" He rammed what sounded like his shoulder against the door, "Lady Analya please wait, don't do anything!!" He shouted again then he shouted, "Get the Prince!!!"
Ana smiled, the gaurds who were still outside of the door were ramming into it with all their brute force, Ana felt a little twinge of guilt, she was deceiving these poor men. Just as she decided to go make it right with the gaurds she heard a deep chilling voice, "Step aside."
Suddenly the door broke inward a loud bang echoing in the silent room, Ana met the Prince's cold eyes where he stood amongst the ruble, "So have you brought ChristaBella?" She asked although the glare that he was sending her was very intimidating.
"Princess you have tested my patience thin once again," he growled as he stocked toward her, her breath caught when he picked her up and slung her over his shoulder, he walked through the ruble once more telling the men to bring another door and continued down the hall with her still in shock.
When she saw the shock and disbelief on the knight's faces she came back to reality, "Let me go! Let me go!" It was futile, trying to gain the upper hand some where she shouted,"You do not have my permission to call my name anymore!" She looked directly at Laten. He flinched and lowered his gaze but she didn't let up she leaned up to do what she had done when Prince Xavier and taken her from her sister.
