Getting into DraPhoeCorn is easy is similar to Harry Potter.
Mostly with families who work with Magical Creatures. Not Magical Creature families because thats a diffent meaning.
Once the family's child turns 9-10 (latest is 12), they will get their acceptance letters to DraPhoeCorn. Either personally from a DPC staff or via mail. The first letter serves as the official acceptance to DPC, while the second letter provides details about orientation dates, required supplies, pick-up location, and other information. On the designated day, the family will drop off their child at a specified location to be picked up by a DPC staff, although some families may opt to fly their child to DPC instead (although the first option is more common).
But for families who don't work with Magical Creatures (Ex. orphanages and minorities who still fear Magical Creautures), it's diffrent.
DPC deploys their staffs secertly to observe these families, and see if their children would qualify. If they do, they will send a staff in person and talk it out to the family. The staff member will clarify and provide reassurance to the family regarding this unexpected news. Most likely the family will accept, and the staff will help prepare for DPC. If the family does not accept and thinks it's nonsense, the staff will respecfully leave.
