You head left and find yourself in a open region. Tall black, deer like animals walk the plains. Large, weird shaped orange plants are present all around the place. You make a swift move across a patch of worm grass and struggle to climb atop a metallic like box, there's a lot of them. When you finally succeed to climb up it, you notice something in the distance, moving violently. You're not quite sure what it is but it could make a good meal. You jump from one metallic box to another as you get closer to the mysterious moving critter. Once you get a little bit closer to the object, you realize it's another slugcat! A light red one to be exact. The slugcat is ripping apart a orange centipede, tearing off its armor and devouring it viscously. You also notice this slugcat has two bumps on its back, it looks like that rot stuff you encounter frequently. You keep your distance and watch the light red slugcat finish up it's prey, they then catch notice of you, they seem to have pretty good eyesight if they can see that far. You freeze up but keep a nice :) smile on you. The light red slugcat groans and starts heading towards you, you stand still and nervously wait, not knowing what's going to happen to you. The slugcat gets closer to you before effortlessly pushing you out of the way. Oh. You land on the ground and keep yourself there before quickly getting back up and catching up with the slugcat. "Hey wait! Uhm..your hot.." You call out. The light red slugcat glances at you with annoyance, "please don't talk to me. I'm on a very strict schedule." They speak in a annoyed voice. "What? Why? It just rained!" "No idiot. I have to deliver this green thing, and these bumps on my back get worse every day, I only have 19 cycles left before..before..I don't even know what happens when I run outta time, but it doesn't sound good, and I don't want you getting dragged into this mess. Trust me. It's for your own good."

Your now walking beside Hunter, you look behind their back and see the two large bumps, doing a heartbeat-like motion, like it's alive. The sight grosses you out a bit, you return your focus back to Hunter, pondering to yourself. "Hmm..maybe there's a cure?" You ask with naive curiosity. "Are you stupid? My mother gave this cancer to me, only SHE knows what the cure is!" Hunter responds, now walking at a quicker pace. "Well..maybe I somehow met ur mom and she told me cure.." "Pfft yeah right.." "No I'm being fr!! Want proof?" Hunter stares at you, intrigued, wanting to see where this conversation was going to go, even though they just said they were on a strict time schedule. "Alright then, go ahead.." You think for a good minute, but then a idea pops into your head, maybe this will be the cure.
