Salvatore’s eyes darken as Kailani’s voice cuts through the silence, her words hanging heavy in the air. "You're a monster."

His tongue presses against the piercing at the edge of his lip, a slow, calculated movement.

Then, in a blur of motion his gloved hand moves with a speed and force she’s never seen before, not grabbing her but pinning her against the wall. His hand wraps around her throat.

Without warning, he releases her throat and grabs her wrist, twisting it painfully behind her back, forcing her body to arch forward as she gasps. He presses her face down against the cold surface of the table in the room.

*"You want a monster?"* his eyes seem to say as he yanks her back up, slamming her against his chest. His hand moves up to her jaw, forcing her to look at the masked half of his face as he drags a knife from his pocket, the sharp edge catching the light.

He slices through the middle of the shirt, letting the fabric fall.

Without hesitation, he drags the flat of the blade against her exposed skin, starting at her collarbone.

He traces the knife down between her breasts, the torn fabric of her shirt barely covering her. The rough leather of his gloved hand follows the path of the blade, grazing her skin with a teasing roughness.

Salvatore presses the tip of the blade just below her navel, the sharp point pricking her skin—not deep enough to draw blood, but enough to make her gasp. His free hand grips her thigh, forcing her leg up onto the table, spreading her further as he leans in close, his masked face inches from hers. The edge of the knife glides lower, testing her limits, lingering dangerously close to her most intimate areas.

He presses the knife flat against her inner thigh, the cold steel making her breath hitch. His gloved hand follows, fingers grazing the sensitive skin between her thighs, then suddenly, he flips the knife pressing the back of it firmly onto her sensitive clit making her gasp out loud.

Then, suddenly he pulled away from her.

And he just stood there, staring at her. A silent warning, no- a dare, for her to call him a monster again.
