Lucy and Tim have been dating for a 6 months now and are very in love with each other Tim's been thinking about maybe buying a ring until his ex wife Isabel is back in town and she's kinda crazy about  Tim and since she used to be a uc cop she lies very well

One day Tim and Lucy were at the station she was about to tell Tim she was pregnant with his baby until a tall skinny blonde woman came up to her and Tim
Is- hi Tim
Tim's face went blank
Is-what not going to say hi to ur wife

T-she's not my wife we're divorced

She says getting all up on Tim
T-Isabel get away from me and stop calling me ur husband we're divorced and what are u even doing here
Is-lieutenant west asked me to come
Tim is death staring Percy from across the stairs
T-ok he called u I didn't get away from me and my gf

She comes up to Lucy's ear and says

And walks off

T-Lucy cmon
L-Tim why didn't u tell me u had a wife

T-I was going to tell u  tonight at dinner
L-well did ur plan work
T- no Lucy but I'll make it up to u I promise
L- las torres 8:00 pm sharp or we're done I have something to tell u too
T- ok
Lucy started walking away
T-Luce
Lucy turns around
T- I love u have a safe shift
L-love u too stay safe
They had made a promise the 3 month into them dating that no matter how mad they are always to say ily
It was a little bit after lunch Angela was looking for Tim because she had found the perfect ring for Lucy since Tim asked for help
She was heading to his office and  opened the door to find Isabel kissing him

T- Angela she came onto me
Is- don't lie Tim u told me u missed me and missed the way my lips feel on yours so I decided to not make u miss me sm

T- Angela she's lying I would never cheat on Lucy I love her
While Tim and Angela were fighting Isabel took his phone
It took a while of convincing but Angela finally believed Tim
Throughout the day Lucy would receive pictures of Isabel from a random number and thought it was weird but didn't care

End of shift
Lucy was waiting for Tim at the bar obviously not drinking
It was 7:50 Tim was about to leave when the lieutenant made him stay
T-sir I gave somewhere to be
Pw- she's going to be working with u

Pw- for a case sorry
T- omg ughh can i leave now
Pw- Dyk her name is still officer milliner Bradford
T- what why
Pw- idk
T- ok can I go now I have somewhere important to be

As Tim was about to leave now making it it 7:55  Isabel came up to him
