Stella-Maris consistently recognizes the value of consulting the royal council. Although she holds a significantly elevated position as the princess of Etherea, she understands the necessity of receiving constructive feedback and insights from those who may perceive aspects of governance that she might overlook.
However, there are instances when an abundance of external opinions can become overwhelming, potentially leading to frustration.
King Solar beams as he reviews the documents, highlighting the impressive trade figures. "Our trade statistics are on a steady upward trajectory."
"Absolutely, Father. The new alliance with Archenland has greatly enhanced our delivery capabilities," Stella-Maris replies, her smile reflecting the positive outcome.
"Moreover, it's not just our Etherean resources that are gaining traction; I've observed that both our land, Narnia, and Archenland are flourishing with natural abundance," Queen Selene adds to the discussion.
Stella-Maris is seated next to her parents in the study of King Solar and Queen Selene. Over the last two years, Etherea has emerged as the primary hub for the trade of Etherean resources within the realm of Narnia. Thus far, the situation has been favorable, and the high demand for these resources has contributed positively to the region's prosperity. As a result of the increased shipments and trade activities, Etherea's economy has seen significant growth.
"Mother, how is the construction of the new Etherean Medical Institute progressing?" Stella-Maris inquired, looking up at her mother.
Queen Selene opened another letter as she approached Stella-Maris. "The construction is advancing well. However, we are still awaiting the delivery of some materials from Narnia."
For the past two years, Stella-Maris had been advocating for a new initiative to her parents. Given the success of the Etherean trade, she envisioned establishing a medical institute to provide Narnia's citizens with easier access to Etherean medicines, eliminating the need for them to journey across the sea.
The Pevensie monarchs, along with her parents, promptly endorsed her proposal.
"I understand," Stella-Maris acknowledged. "Please provide me with the list of all materials required to proceed with the construction of the new Etherean Health Institute, so we can prevent any delays," the princess instructed her mother.
"I'll prepare the list immediately, my dear," the moon queen responded.
As she noted down details on another document, Stella-Maris's attention was drawn to a pile of letters positioned to her right.
"Mother, Father, may I inquire about those letters?" Stella-Maris gestured towards the stack of papers.
King Solar and Queen Selene exchanged glances, their expressions revealing uncertainty about whether to disclose the true nature of the letters to their daughter.
