It was the weekends and Luca was alone in his room, thinking. Usually, he would be at Shu's place during this time. He felt out of place. He didn't know what to do.

Shu has been ignoring all of his apologies. He even blocked Luca's number to avoid Luca from calling and messaging him. Luca was devastated. He had no idea how to reach out to Shu, considering how much effort Shu had put in order not to have any contact with Luca.

He laid on his bed, gaze fixed on the cream-coloured ceiling, with his limbs spreaded across the bed. Luca himself didn't understand why he lost his cool that time, resulting in hurting his friend. He furrowed his eyebrows and closed his eyes. His mind wandered off to where everything between him and Shu began. He recalled as hard as he could as to why he said and did all the things when he was with Shu.

'Why did I always wanna hang out with him? Did I use that kissing practice as an excuse to spend more time with him, or is it really to help me with my confession...?' He wondered.

The more he thought, the more lonely he felt. He missed the laughter he shared with Shu. He missed Shu's enchanting voice. He missed the warmth he and Shu shared when they're close. He missed everything about him. He missed, Shu.

The pain and numb feeling Luca felt at that moment was something he couldn't describe. This feeling he felt guaranteed that he was indeed in love with the Shu Yamino that he had just met a few months ago.

He contemplated really hard, whether if he should confess his feelings to Shu or not. But considering the current situation, he wasn't sure. After several hours, he finally came to a conclusion.

"Shu..."

"Why're you here again?" Shu sighed.

For the past few days, Luca had been following Shu around, asking for forgiveness.

"I really want to apologise to you...but I don't know how to do it properly..." Luca looked down.

"You've been saying sorry for the past few days, Luca. I can't even remember how many sorry's you've told me. It's gonna make me feel numb when I hear this word the next time."

"..." Luca looked down to his feet.

"Don't you have anything better to say to me other than that? If not, stop bothering me." Shu said.

"I... I wanna tell you why I did what I did..."

"... What do you mean? Is there a reason for that?" Shu asked, confused.

"Actually... I have feelings for you, Shu..." Luca breathed out.

"... Ha?" Shu was dumbfounded. He couldn't believe it. Luca has a crush on him? Since when?

"What are you going on about?"

"The reason why I always wanna hang out with you, why I don't mind kissing you, it's because I like you, Shu!" Luca said sincerely.

"So? What does that gotta do with anything?" Shu crossed his arms, raising a brow.

"I really want to fix this, Shu. I really do..."

"And you think that confessing to me after what you've done is a suitable way to fix this? Wake up, Luca." Shu sighed as he massaged his temples.

"I just wanna tell you that I did that because I couldn't control myself... Yes, I know that it was wrong of me but I think that it's because I have feelings for you. And I couldn't suppress the urge to do what I did... to you..." Luca fiddled his fingers.

"You just couldn't get it, could you? It's the trust, Luca... I decided to help you because you were my friend, and I wanted the best for you. We even had an agreement, but you can't even follow that simple request. It broke the trust I had in you, Luca, and, it broke my heart... " Shu bit his lips, trying to hold back the tears that welled up in his eyes.

Luca looked at Shu with guiltiness in his eyes. "Shu, I... "

Shu took a deep breath, steadiying himself before speaking his next line. "I don't know if the confession you made was real or if you're just using it as an excuse to get my forgiveness, but-"

"It's not an excuse! I swear!" Luca cut Shu off, defending himself.

"*sighs* I'm sorry, if that confession was real, I can't accept it. You don't even like guys, to begin with."

"No! I do, Shu!"

"You don't, Luca. You had a crush which was a girl. And even if you do like guys, I... I don't like you..." Shu mumbled the last few words, knowing that it's not the truth, but he had to say it. It was for the best.

Shu walked away as soon as he rejected Luca. He couldn't stand any more seconds near him. His heart hurt. He felt like millions of needles were pricking through his heart.

Luca was left alone, again. Not knowing that this little meeting he had with Shu, will be the last between them.
