Welcome back to another Taekook story! I wanted to let a week go by to give myself time to get ready, but I was so excited to show you my new project that I cracked😖.

If you've had time to read the synopsis, you could see that this story is going to be a bit special, because it's both Taekook fanfiction and Marvel fanfiction, specifically about the X-Men. Let me explain.

I've been a Marvel fan for a good ten years now. When I say fan I really mean fan, not just of the films, I also read the comics. And there was a couple in the X-Men that I found both adorable and wonderfully tragic, Gambit and Rogue (image). You probably don't know them unless you've seen all the Marvel films, even the older ones. But recently I went to see Deadpool at the cinema and remembered how obsessed I was with this couple. So I thought, 'What if I wrote a story about them?' And so the idea of mixing Taekook and Romy (the ship's name) was born.

Of course, I'm going to explain everything so that even if you don't know anything about the X-Men, you'll understand the story perfectly. But if anything isn't clear, don't hesitate to say so in the comments. I want everyone to be able to enjoy the book, so I'll explain anything that isn't clear. It's been a long time since I've written one, so I hope it goes well!

Anyway, just a reminder that I don't accept translations of my work. If you see a translation anywhere, please let me know, it's stealing. It may seem trivial to you, but for me it's a real source of stress. it can completely ruin my desire to write. And if there are too many of these translations, I'll end up deleting all my books. ~ Two years ago ~

The evening was in full swing, the house plunged into darkness. Neon lights projected green and red lights onto the walls, flickering to the rhythm of the music. The music was so loud it shook the walls. In this controlled chaos, the crowd had gathered, moving to the rhythm of the music. No faces were discernible, just this mass of young people dancing in the middle of the living room, in an atmosphere of alcohol and sweat.

Taehyung watched all this from the kitchen, where he had just poured himself a drink. With a small smile on his face, his hips were moving of their own accord, begging him to join the others on the dance floor. It was strange for him to be here, as he was more of a homebody. He hadn't made many friends at school, and felt the powerful loneliness of that. So when he was invited to this party, he didn't hesitate for long. He had put on his best outfit, revealing his honey-smooth skin and perfectly moulding his waist, revealing a buttock that had become his greatest pride over the years.

However, his shyness had quickly caught up with him. He simply didn't dare mingle with the crowd. It was like a bad feeling, a little voice in his head telling him that things would go badly. A little voice telling him that he would have been better off staying at home today.

As his gaze wandered through the indistinguishable crowd, his vision was soon blocked by an extremely well-built body. The young man looked up, his gaze landing on a tall blond man with deep blue eyes. He recognised him immediately; he was one of the players in the school football team. He'd recognised him because he might have developed a bit of a crush on him recently...

"Hi Tae! It's great that you came, I was afraid you'd say no..."

Taehyung blushed.

He knows my name! Don't panic Taetae! Act natural, act natural...
