If he thought he'd got rid of Jungkook for good with what he'd told him the day before, Taehyung was sadly mistaken. No sooner had he opened the door of his room than he came face to face with the man. He had swapped his combat outfit and long trench coat for a simple pair of jeans and a white T-shirt, and the teenager was annoyed at himself for finding him incredibly sexy. And the smirk on Jungkook's face, adding to his natural charisma, didn't help at all.

Taehyung stopped dead at the entrance of his room, staring with slightly wide eyes at the man who was leaning nonchalantly against the opposite wall, his arms crossed against his chest, showing off his muscles.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Taehyung asked curtly, unwittingly betraying the effect Jungkook was having on him.

"What do you mean? I'm sleeping in the room opposite." replied the man innocently. "We just happened to be out at the same time."

Taehyung frowned.

"No, I gave you the room at the end of the corridor."

The smile on the Cajun's lips widened, raising Taehyung's body temperature at the same time.

"Yes, but I'm a very absent-minded person, so I really had trouble finding it! So I opened this door to start with, and as if by a miracle, it was empty too! Why did you send me so far away, when we could have been room neighbours, chéri?"

"Exactly for this reason, Cajun."

"Oh, we've reached that point in our relationship where we're both giving each other little nicknames! It's so romantic!"

Okay, that one Taehyung hadn't seen it coming. He found himself blushing in an instant. And there was more to come. Jungkook lifted himself off the wall and came dangerously close to the teenager. Taehyung stepped back, but swore inwardly when he made contact with his bedroom door. He'd already closed it. What an idiot! Now he had no way out! He could only watch helplessly as Jungkook stopped right in front of him, their faces only millimetres apart. He could feel his warm breath on his face, sensually tickling his skin. And that gaze, it was so intense, Taehyung felt as if he were losing himself in those red irises... He was so obsessed by it that he didn't immediately notice that the man had blocked him with his arms, placing his hands on either side of his head. This time, Taehyung was completely blocked.

"All we need now is a kiss and it'll be perfect... joli cœur*." Jungkook murmured, his sweet voice melting like honey on Taehyung's lips.

Feeling the warmth of Jungkook's body against him was so overwhelming that it took him a moment to realise what the man had just said. And if he thought he couldn't blush any more, he was wrong. The Cajun's mocking little laugh even confirmed his state. He really was like an open book to him, Taehyung finding himself completely unable to hide his emotions from him.

This had never happened to him before. He'd fancied many men in the past (he'd even had a little crush on Namjoon when he'd first arrived), but an attraction as violent as this made him unable to think, never. It was terrifying. He felt like he was at the mercy of a predator. Because Jungkook couldn't be anything else. You could tell from his attitude that he wasn't the type to settle for a partner.

He had to pull himself together, before he made a mistake that would break his heart again.

"S-Step aside. You're too close, it's dangerous."

"You're wearing your gloves." Jungkook remarked, still smirking.

"My face isn't protected."

"The only way our faces could touch is if I decided to kiss you. And I think it's worth it."
