Let Me Into Your Heart

Rianna and I virtually spent the whole day re-watching old Audrey Hepburn films and although both of us were British, we couldn't understand a thing Audrey was saying most of the time: she spoke way too fast and posh for us to comprehend anything she said so we had to settle with constantly reading subtitles.

I kept looking at the time wondering if Jungkook would show up, it was almost 4:30pm and he hadn't even texted back so I wondered if he would even show.

"Laura when's the Bulgogi we ordered gonna' come?" She wined, but just as I was about to answer the doorbell rang. I quickly jumped up to answer it.

"I'll get it," I said scurrying for the door. I looked back once more; she looked really cute in my joy division tee, thick leggings and Koala socks, stuffing her face with Nachos. Jungkook found himself a keeper I laughed to myself.

I opened the door to reveal a really tall (taller than Jimin), extremely handsome man in a black set of overalls, worn out timberlands and a toolbox. He had a sexy parting the divided his jet black hair and big, gorgeous eyes.

"Annyeong hashimnikka I'm Jungkook. I'm looking for Rianna Rahman. She said she needed a mechanic and well I'm here to be that guy I guess," he asked in a shy voice. He had the cutest lopsided smile and I found myself just staring at him.

"Sorry I'm not familiar with this area I must have gotten the wrong address". He said after a while. I snapped out of whatever I was thinking about.

"No, no this is the right one. I will take you to her". I giggled to myself thinking at what her reaction would be.

"Laura is it the food?" Rianna yelled from my bed. Jungkook's face immediately lit up at the sound of her voice, it would be cruel to make him wait any longer. I grabbed onto his arm and pulled him inside.

"Laura I'm starving even though I've eaten a shit load today. I knew we should have paid extra for the fast delivery because I think I'm about to-" she froze in her spot as soon as her eyes fell onto Jungkook.

"Jungkook?" She finally said, a mixture of emotions evident on her face.

"Hi" he replied quietly, scratching the back of his head and reducing himself to the manners of a little boy talking to his crush for the first time.

"How? Who? When did you?"

"Well you texted me that you needed someone to help you with your car again, so I thought that I'm the only mechanic capable of taming the old girl". Rianna looked in a daze, utterly confused by the situation till she laid her eyes on me and then her phone. She gave me a 'no you did not' look and I mouthed back to her sorry, even though that was the furthest thing I was feeling right now.

"If you would like me to umm, ahh you know go down and haha take a look" but his nervousness was cut straight off by Rianna jumping off my bed to give him a long kiss and hug.

It was adorable; she had to tiptoe to reach the guy. At that moment the food had also came, but I was sure that Bulgogi was the last thing on Rianna's mind.

"I'm just going to leave you two alone then" I whispered while grabbing my keys, Jimin's jacket and heading out to the sound of Audrey Hepburn's 'Moon River' playing. They deserved some time alone.

I wondered around my neighbourhood thinking what Rianna and Jungkook were doing now, probably making out on top of my bed since she hadn't called me to ask where I went. The rain had died down a little into spitting so an umbrella wasn't really necessary, but it was still cold. It started to get darker so I thought about heading home, but a weird feeling in my heart stopped me.

"I can't give up on Jimin this easily," I said to myself. He wasn't going to let me in willingly with a click of my fingers that's for sure. I have to ease my way into his life, show him that it's okay to share his feelings with someone else. But before any of that could start I wanted to see Yuri because paying my respects to her was the least I could do.

I walked slowly in the misty rain feeling more nervous the closer I got to the cemetery. After a ten-minute wonder I finally reached the little black entrance gate and my heart seemed to ease a little.

Walking into the cemetery, even on a gloomy December day like this was peaceful. I searched for the under ten's section, which was easy to find since it was a small area in a corner. I reached the section and a wave of emotions hit me: all these children had been taken way before their time. It wasn't fair.

I walked along the wet grass searching for Park Yuri and again she wasn't hard to find since she had passed away only half a year ago.

"Yuri, 2009-2015: our little princess taken from us too soon. Words will never describe how much you will be missed. Oppa loves you."

Her gravestone read in Korean. I knelt down and touched the cool marble and lilies that surrounded the grave. There was even a packet of Choco-pies laying next to her; it must have been her favourite food.

"You know she ended up with two cavities in one year because she kept doing the most adorable aegyo and kept tricking me into buying those for her". Wait a minute that was Jimin's voice. I stood up and turned around to see the same eye smile I was starting to fall for.

"Jimin I- I didn't mean to disrespect you or Yuri. I just wanted to see her. I'm really sorry I will leave right now". I stuttered, readying myself for a getaway before I hurt him anymore. But of course, just like always in some sort of way he managed to stop me.
Grabbing onto my arms he pulled me back hard and causing me to stumble straight into his arms. It surprised me. His ice-cold hands slid under his jacket that I was still wearing so they came into contact with my back and his forehead leaned against mine. Tears streamed down his cheeks, yet he refused to wipe so I did.

I savored every precious second in this moment, taking my time to comfort him in his time of need. His whole body was freezing like he had been wondering in the cold since he left this morning.

"Jimin, do you want to come back to mine?" I asked holding tighter onto his waist; I wasn't going to let him get away from me this time. He didn't respond, and in the silence of his presence we both stayed locked in each other's arms waiting for the cold to set and our spark to dwindle under the heavy growing rain.

Well I hope you guys enjoyed this mini story! I wonder what will happen to Laura and Jimin's relationship and if Rianna and Jungkook end up pursuing anything. I will leave that up to your imagination.

Again if you want to find out specifically what happened between Rianna and Jungkook that night then read the story 'Drift' by parkjiminohsehun (she named it after my favourite rapmon song hehe).

Have a lovely day and hopefully I will see you on my other stories too xxx
