New Beginning..
Itha's pov
I stood Infront of my rented apartment. I am not such a rich kid to afford a big apartment, so this is more than enough for me that too I am living alone here. As I entered my apartment I looked around and the place which caught my attention was the balcony I can see beach from my balcony which looks so beautiful. Guess what I am going to spend most of my time in my balcony *winks*.
Before I start unpacking and arranging the things I decided to inform my whereabouts to my parents and my friends. I took out my phone from my bag and called my parents and then to Shivani.
"Finally, you called me so did u reach safely? where are u right now? Did u see your apartment? How is it? How was your- " here comes her overexcited and nonstop questions.
"Whoa whoa calm down woman. Take a breath. and hello to you too."
"Oh yeah, hellooo babeee." She said with little bit excited voice.
"I reached safely. I am in my apartment right now. View from my balcony is breathtaking." I said in my cheerful tone
"wowww.. I think you should video call me right now Ms. Itha."
"OfCourse Ms.Shivan- ." before I complete my sentence I heard the beep sound. Ahhh this girl what will I do with her?
And then again, my phone rang and I saw Shivi is already video calling me. I received the call and
"So, ya show me around."
"Sure. Sure... and ya see this is what I was talking about" I said showing her the balcony once I am done showing around my room, kitchen, living room....
"Wow girlllll that's sooooo beautifull and how was your flight journey?"
As she asked me about my flight journey my mind went back to his mesmerizing brown eyes, his face, his touch-
"Ithaaaaaa....." I heard Shivi's voice which brought me back from my la la land.
"Huh? Y-yaa i-it was good you know."
"Am I missing something?" came her suspicious voice.
"Actually, I was finding difficulty to follow the instructions and to put my seatbelt so a guy of 2-3 year older than me helped me and we exchanged some words." I said feeling shy all of a sudden. What the hell I am feeling shy... godddd...
"Wait is he handsome? did u guys you know? She asked me wiggling her eyesbrows with devilish smirk.
My eyes widened hearing her "noooooo.. what the hell are u saying we didn't do anything. he just helped me, but he is handsome though. And I fell asleep in his arms, and he put blanket over me- "
"Wait you are saying me u slept in his arms and he put blanket over youuu? Damn Itha you never talk to a stranger and here you are telling me you slept in his arms."
"Oh god even I don't know when I dozed off in his arms... and it was unintentional."
"Tell me everything. Is he good looking?"
"He is very handsome. He is like....you know he is very tall may be like 6'2 something. He has jet black hair, pointed nose, sharp jawline and then the most beautiful, mesmerizing brown eyes but I don't know I felt like his eyes are filled with so many emotions and untold story; like it has lost its shine. His pink lips-"
"Oh girllll this is the first time I am seeing you talking about a guy in this way after that incident. And youuuu aree blushing too... what's his name huh?"
"Come on I am not blushing and his name is...." Oh god what's his name? such a fool you are itha you didn't even ask his name. "Umm Shivi I don't know his name."
"Itha, are you serious? You spoke to him but didn't ask his name? wow just wow." She said in very much sarcastic way . I bit my lips in embarrassment.
"Fine I will call you later babeeee byeeee" I cut her call without even waiting for her reply. Such a fool you are Itha. And why did I meet this guy huh? an unknown smile danced on my lips. I pushed all the thoughts aside and started unpacking the things.
After few days
It took me some days to settle and be familiar with this new place. I roamed around and near to my apartment only there is a grocery shop and there is park nearby where I am going for a walk every evening. I am not a morning person so you can't expect me to go for a walk in the morning and do yoga, exercise... A BIG NO.
I literally sleep at 3 or 4 in the morning. Oh, you are asking me what will I do till that time. So here is the thing I will be reading novels or Wattpad stories and simp over fictional man [my man].
From tomorrow my college is starting I hope everything goes well and make my parents proud. To make myself proud :)
