18. I Trust You

After a few minutes, they had tried all the small rides. Itha was afraid of heights, so Reyansh didn't pressure her too much. However, he was keen for them to experience the Ferris wheel.

"little kitten, just this one. I really want us to go on ferris wheel." Reyansh requested her this is his 10th time requesting her and her answer was nooooo sorry it is still nooooo

"no" itha denied quickly

"but why, little kitten."

"because. It is so scary. What if I fell down. Naah baba naah. Mein risk nahi le sakti. Reyanshhh pleaseee noo." Itha said imagining herself falling from such a height.

[no means no. i cant take the risk.]

"Kitten, I will be with you. I won't let anything happen to you," he assured.

"Still, my answer is no," she replied firmly.

"Fine, you don't trust me, right? Okay, I won't ask anything more from you," Reyansh said, turning his face away.

Itha looked at him suddenly and screamed "I trust you, Reyansh. But." Itha was sure that she trust him but her fear of heights was holding her back

She glanced at him; he seemed to be ignoring her. Gently poking his arm with her index finger, she asked, gussa ho? baath nahi karoge mujhse?"

[are you angry? Wont you talk to me?]

But she didn't get any reply

"Reyansh baath karo na mujhse please."Itha said as she took his hand and gently swayed it back and forth.

"let's go home now. Hmmm." He said smiling at her. He know she trust him and she doesn't want to go because she is scared of heights

"But-"

"it's okay bacha. I know you trust me. And you are scared of heights. I can understand." He said patting her head

"Why? Why are you so understanding? Reyanshhhhh you are spoiling me."itha said seeing his care for her

"I will spoil you more then. Will u let me spoil you, little kitten?" Reyansh asked as if he was speaking to a child.

Itha nodded her head continuously. Reyansh chuckled and held her hand to go from there but itha didn't budged from her place

"What happened, little kitten? let's get you home. Hmmm?" Reyansh said

"no. I want to go on Ferris wheel." Itha said confidently

"Little kitten, you don't want to go just because I want to. I am not sad or angry with you. Let's go." Reyansh said pulling her but she stopped and said

"nooo I want to go. I promise. And I know you wont let anything to happen with me. So yeah I can take this chance." Itha said smilingly and trusting him completely

"Are you sure, bacha?"

"I am more than sure. Let's goo." Itha said confidently but somewhere she was scared. Reyansh could notice her hands were sweating. He rubbed his thumb on her fingers and held it tightly assuring her he will not let anything to happen with her. And this gesture was more than enough for her.

They both were sitting in Ferris wheel. Everything was okayyy until they reached top because

"ahhhhhhhhhh....reyanshhhh.... we are going to die. See omgggg this is so scary and beautiful at the same time. Ganpati bappa mein aa rahi hoon aapke paas. Aapne mujhe itna din jeene diya thank you." Itha was blabbering and Reyansh was looking at her like a dumb
