God's promises

Note: I am back, and I was working on my writing skills but still they might be trash, I guess I'm just why I was gone. Anyways, here, by the way, I am not religious at all, so I am sorry for this, and i just used the names

“Everything I touch, I destroy.” Lucifer asked God, tears in his eyes, kneeling in front of his father, his creator. “Why’d you make me like that?” Lucifer wanted to know why his father made him like..This evil i am. God put his hand on Lucifer’s cheek, “My son, just because I made you like this. Doesn’t mean you’re evil, this is your fate my son.. It doesn’t change who you are. Lucifer, you are the lightbringer. The golden light of heaven.” God said to Lucifer, wanting his son to understand why he had to accept his fate.

“I love you as much as I love your siblings. No matter what son.” Lucifer paused, thinking about his siblings, Gabriel the messenger of father, Michael the sword of father, Raphael the healer of father, Uriel the wisdom of father, Jophiel the beauty of father, Camael the wrath of father, Zadkiel the mercy of father, Samael the protector of father, yet I am the sin of father, his destroyer.

“But I have potential to be more than that Father” Lucifer’s words echoed throughout the throne room of heaven. His golden wings drooped back into itself, God was silent, he did not answer son’s question for he already knew that no matter what he said to Lucifer, it would always end in the same path.

A war in heaven, a war between his children, and he can only watch but never interfere, for all that he made and all that he knows, he is helpless to stop it.”Lucifer, your obsession to be better is not in the right heart. You want to be better than your siblings, to be superior to Samael. But you will never be superior to Samael if your heart is in the wrong place.” God caresses Lucifer’s cheek, a tear dropped from his white eyes.

Lucifer was displeased about his father’s lack of action or the lack of answers other than what his father said about Samael. He moved back from his father, anger was rising within him. “Why!” Lucifer shouted out towards his father “why did you make me like this!” Lucifer’s golden wings were stretched out, no longer drooped back into itself, his anger was like a phoenix ready to burn anything.

Lucifer wanted to know why this is his fate, why he was a destroyer. Lucifer felt his heart aching and hurting more than ever, despite being angry he was sad and hurt by his father’s denial of an answer, tears had filled his golden eyes, yet his fath-no not father, not anymore.

Lucifer saw God standing there, tears in his eyes too, Lucifer was shocked that God showed emotions, showed.. Weakness for the first time. Then a thought came to Lucifer, a thought that he can never think of.Until now, if God can show such weakness, then maybe he can be overthrown.

Lucifer finally looked at his father again, one last time. “Son.” God said to Lucifer, but Lucifer had disappeared, only leaving behind a golden feather on the floor.

God walked forward and keeled down where the golden feather had landed, God grabbed it gently and holding it within his hands. He had shut his eyes, unwilling to open them.

he silently said “Son, to be fulfilled is not of your own body or soul. And I am sorry for that, your fate to balance good and evil, one cannot exist without the other. The good has thousands of servants and warriors, while the evil has one servant and warrior.” God had chosen Lucifer this balance when he had first made Lucifer, his favorite son. It's the only gift he can give to Lucifer. After all, Lucifer is the Pride of God.

Although unknown to his son Lucifer and to the rest of his children. Then instantly, he had disappeared, God went back where he had originally come from, the void, and he stayed there, not wanting to see his children fight amongst each other.
