"Ughh, I hate the mornings. It's always so cold." Today was the first day back to school. It's my senior year of high school and I can't wait to graduate so I'll finally be free from the restrictions and restraints the walls of the big building cast upon me.
"Turn your fucking alarm off, that shits annoying." Eli says throwing a decorative pillow at me. "Fuck off Eli." She leaves my room and I just run my hands down my face in effort to wipe the sleep away. "MIAAA!" I hear Eliana shout. "WHAT?" "TURN IT OFF!" I sat up in my bed confused. "The fuck?" I whispered to myself. That's when I heard continuous ringing beside me. "Ohhhh." That's when I realized I never turned my alarm off. Oops.
I looked back at my phone seeing it was now 5:52 a.m. I decided to start getting ready for my first day back. I got out of bed and went straight to my bathroom since I already picked out my clothes last night. I turned on the shower letting the water get to the perfect temperature while I turned on some music and took off my pajamas. I put my hand in the shower feeling the water. When I was satisfied I got in and started letting the soothing water consume my body.
I got out and wrapped myself in a towel also wrapping up my hair since it's dripping all over the floor. I put on my outfit checking it out in my full length body mirror. When I was happy with my appearance I sat down at my vanity and started doing my hair and makeup. I didn't want to do anything fancy since it's just school and I'm not really trying to impress anyone, so I just did some light makeup. When I looked back at the time it was 6:45 a.m. "Perfect." School doesn't start till 7:45 and we live 10 minutes away so that gives me time to finish getting ready and eat breakfast.
I finished my hair and makeup and did a once over in my mirror. It was now 7 o clock. I got my backpack and my glasses and headed downstairs.

When I reached the bottom step I smelled something d e l i c i o u s. I saw my mother making waffles bacon and eggs with my sisters at the table waiting for their food. "Good morning sweetheart." My mother said with a smile when she saw me. "Morning mom." I reciprocated the greeting. "Well maybe if someone wasn't stuck on stupid I wouldn't have had to be up that early." I heard Eliana say to Sunday. I walked over and flipped her off with a smile plastered on my face. She's so dramatic. "So how do you feel about your last first day of high school?" Kailea turned to ask me with a tired smile on her face. "Okay, I guess." I said with a small smile. "Why are you even up this early Kailea? You don't have school." "I'm aware. I just wanted to see my little babies off to school." She said with a light grin. "You're so weird." I shook my head at my sister's conversation. "Hey mom, where's dad?" I turned to my mother. "He's back at the office, he had to go in early today but he should be back by the time you get back home." She said as she started placing the plated food in front of us. "Okay."
