Chapter 86: Giving Birth

Zhao's mother was an impatient person. Once she said she was going to do something, she would do it immediately. She ran to someone else's house and borrowed a stone mill, then started washing the sweet potatoes and cutting them into small pieces, which she would then grind into pulp with the stone mill.

Tang Yue wanted to help with some of the work, but her mother-in-law was unwilling to do so and asked her to walk around by herself. Tang Yue did not go out either, but just sat on a stool and watched her mother-in-law work.

Cut all the sweet potatoes into small pieces, grind them into pulp with a stone mill, filter out the water with gauze, wash the residue with clean water, and then wait for the water to settle overnight, and powder will come out.

Tang Yue sat in the yard and watched her mother-in-law busy herself for a few hours. Her waist couldn't bear sitting in the yard for too long, so she hurried back to her room to get some sleep.

Tang Yue entered the bedroom, locked the door, and went directly into the space. Looking at the medicinal herbs that had been replanted in the space, she felt quite accomplished.

She also watched the honey in the orchard begin to drip under the beehive again. She controlled it all with her mind and put it into a glass jar, filling up a 50-pound glass jar.

I was sitting in the living room, preparing to watch a TV series. I used my mind to take out some fruits from the warehouse. Looking at the fruits piled on the table, I took out a bunch of grapes and ate them first.

I heard that if you eat too many grapes, your baby's eyes will be beautiful. I don't know if it's true. Anyway, I have eaten a lot of grapes during this period. I will know the effect after the baby is born.

Tang Yue stayed in the space for several hours and finally finished watching the TV series she was following. This way, she didn't have to worry about not finishing it all the time.

When I lowered my head and touched my stomach, I could feel them fighting inside, and my stomach was their battlefield, as if they didn't know how to get tired. They kept moving all day long, and now when I stood up, I couldn't see my feet.

She kept eating until she was full and then got a bowl of chicken soup from the warehouse. Tang Yue was afraid that she was not getting enough nutrition and her baby would not develop well, so she came in every day to drink a bowl of chicken soup and a cup of milk powder.

After completing today's task and washing the bowls and cups and putting them back in the warehouse, Tang Yue left the space and felt so sleepy that she took a nap on the bed.

Time passed by unknowingly, and the belly was already nine months pregnant. Tang Yue had been feeling uneasy these days, as she knew she might be about to give birth. She had been living a life of idleness and waiting to die these past few months, with nothing to do. The only activity she had was taking a walk.

My father-in-law was so free. Every day he would go fishing at the beach with a fishing rod and a bucket. He rarely came back empty-handed. Most of the time he could catch one or two fish, which made him more and more motivated. Except when it rained, he would go to the beach every day.

Tang Yue watched her father-in-law go fishing every day. She was so envious of his handsome back that her saliva was almost flowing out. Now that he was finally about to unload the fish, her excited heart and trembling hands made her very happy.

Fortunately, Zhao Shengrui has been at home these two days and has not been on any mission, because his mother-in-law told him that the baby might be born in these few days. He is very alert when he sleeps at night and will wake up at the slightest movement.
