Ram knocked on the apartment door. Priya opened about a minute later and gasped seeing him at her door.
Ram glanced at her and found her sexy in a white shorts and an orange tank top with her hair tied up in a messy bun.
"Aap yahan?" She asked.
"I wanted to check on you.." He said slowly.
"Why? I'm fine.." Priya shrugged.
"Whatever Aashna said back there was bullshit! She loves to humiliate people. You're not.."
"Cut the crap Mr.Kapoor.. who said I'm affected by her words.. I just had something important at home so I left.."
Ram looked at her for a few seconds "Can I come in atleast?"
"Um, okay" Priya thought for a second but then let him in.
Ram entered and looked around to find it to be a really small apartment. It had a small living with the kitchen in a corner and the room was smaller than the living.
He turned around to find her locking the door and turning to him.
"How did you get my address?"
"The documents you submitted" Ram shrugged.
Priya nodded and asked "You want tea or coffee?"
"How are you even living here priya?" He asked concerned.
"It's enough for me.."
Ram looked at her for a brief moment before saying "I'm getting you an apartment.."
"Sir... please.."
"Call me ram.. and I'm not hearing anything about this.."
"No! This is the place I'm living in with my earnings.. I don't want anyone's debt over my head.." She said sternly.
"It's no debt! Come on, you deserve to live at a better place.."
"You're here for this?" Priya countered back.
"Why are you being so stubborn.."
"Because life has taught me to be..." She said coldly while ram who knew she had come from an orphanage felt his heart break for her.
"Priya.. I know life's been tough for you but you're really a strong person. I've a penthouse, you can move in there until I arrange an apartment for you.."
"Mr.Kapoor, I don't know why you're doing this but can you please leave?" Her eyes teared up but she said strongly.
"I'm not leaving, I'm here to take you with me.." He mumbled looking into her teary eyes.
Priya frowned "Where to?"
"I want to spend some time with you.."
"Mr.Kapoor I thought you're going to be busy with your wife so I have change in plans now.."
"What change in plans?" Ram frowned.
"I did take an off but after seeing the scene at the office, I have informed my workplace that I'm available"
"Wait.. you work at my office.."
"I need savings, I have a night shift" Priya shrugged.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier? I will increase your pay from 15k to.... How much ever you want... shall I make it to 40k? Or 60k?"
