The next morning, ram and priya went to her apartment and got everything she needed to take it to the penthouse. It wasn't much, just few clothes and some necessities.
"Let's get you shopping" Ram said once they sat into the car.
"Shopping?" Priya frowned.
"You're my girlfriend now so yeah, you get to be spoiled" Ram winked at her with a smile which made her blush.
They entered the mall and Priya gasped when he took her into a store where every cloth she checked was damn expensive.
"Like anything?" Ram asked and Priya shook her head.
He frowned "Let's get you a mix of Indian and western?"
"Um... actually... I don't need anything..."
"What is it?" Ram asked sternly and priya bit her lip "Nothing.."
Ram glared at her and she sighed "It's all too expensive and I don't want you to spend on me.. already you're doing too much"
Ram shook his head "You're not gonna listen to me is it?"
Priya furrowed her brows and he added "See, you're my girlfriend and I get to spoil you. You're supposed to enjoy this phase until it lasts baby. If you're not into it, lemme know and we will part ways now.."
Priya's eyes widened "You're ready to break up with me?"
"We aren't officially dating kiddo" Ram shrugged.
"I mean, whatever it is between us... how can you end it just because I don't want things from you" Priya said annoyed.
Ram sighed "I don't want to stop things between us... you're so stubborn! Can't you just listen to me? I'm telling you to forget everything and just enjoy this phase but you... don't you fucking trust me that I'm not going to ask you to pay me back?" He huffed angrily at her.
"Fucking do whatever you want to!" Ram gritted and started walking away.
Priya bit her lip and leaving aside her fear and ego, she rushed behind him. She held his hand making him stop and turn around to find her looking at him.
"Sorry.." Priya mumbled slowly.
"It's just..." She sighed leaving his hand "I don't know, I've never been spoiled before. It's all new to me. And I do trust you but it's just isn't settling well with me that someone is offering me things, moreover really good stuffs. I'm used to... you know..." Her eyes turned glossy as her voice because heavy with emotions.
"Hey.." Ram cooed softly and pulled her in his embrace.
"Just be yourself, and I understand. But please you deserve everything. Just go with the flow hmm?" Ram whispered.
Priya hummed with a small smile and he parted from the hug with "Now come on, let's get you everything you want.. also what I would like to see you in.." he winked naughtily at her which made her blush but they walked back into the store hand in hand and with smile on their faces.
Ram bought almost everything for her and priya was a bit reluctant at first but then decided to let it go and as Ram said, just enjoy the phase and go with the flow.
They had lunch at a five star restaurant and were on the way to the penthouse when Ram's phone rang "Yes Aashna?"
Priya glanced at him on hearing the name.
