Ram sat opposite aashna who was dressed in a black one piece which ended up to her thighs.
She smiled at him "So, let's consider this as our official first date?"
Ram looked at her seriously "What changed suddenly? When I was asking you to give us a chance, you walked off aashna.."
"I know ram, it was a mistake. I do regret it. But nothing's lost. We're still married. Why can't we give us a chance now?"
"What changed now?" Ram asked.
"My thoughts, I've realised that family is equally important! Who would be there for me when nothing would be left? You... we'll be there for each other ram!" She kept her hand over his on the table.
Ram looked down at their hands and then looked back into her eyes "I haven't decided yet aashna.."
"I get it, but until you decide.. let's start dating?" She winked at him to which ram sighed "I don't know.. I'm blank right now. My head is spinning since last night.."
"Are you seeing someone?" Aashna asked.
"No.." He mumbled.
"Then I don't think it'll be that hard to decide right?" Aashna said softly to which ram let out another sigh before running his fingers in his hair and messing it up a little.
Aashna then said looking at his distressed face "Relax, don't stress yourself now... let's just have dinner hmm?"
Ram looked at her and nodded silently. They had dinner with aashna mostly talking about her day and giggling how her friends got drunk last night.
Ram drove the car and aashna just glanced at him in between...
When he stopped the car infront of Kapoor Mansion, aashna looked at him "Aren't you staying home tonight?"
He looked at her "No.."
"Ram, where are you going?"
"I need time to think it over.." He sighed.
Aashna nodded in understanding and leaned in while looking into his eyes.
Ram looked at her as she glanced down at his lips. She then pressed her lips against his which made him instantly pull his head back.
Ram took a deep breath and said unbelievably "Aashna what the hell?"
"You're my husband and it's not like we haven't kissed before... we've literally slept with each other so why are you behaving like this?"
"I don't understand what's up with you suddenly? I had so much expectations from our marriage and from you but you trashed everything for your career..."
"Ram, I said I'm sorry.."
"Sorry kehne se 2 saal wapas nahi aate aashna aur na hi mera bharosa.." Ram gritted and aashna looked at him for a few seconds before saying softly "I hope you trust me this time.." and she got down the car and walked into the gates.
Ram drove to the penthouse and entered to find priya eating pasta at the dining table.
She pouted at him "You disappeared.."
Ram chuckled and sat on the chair next to her "Sorry kiddo, had a meeting.."
Priya glanced at his not so formal wear "Doesn't look like you attended a meeting.. and I'm your secretary so I would obviously know if there was one scheduled for today"
"Actually I went to meet aashna.." He mumbled.
Priya bit her lip "And?..."
