it was officially saturday and alison was dreading the party later that night. the group was going together so there was no way she could avoid chris easily. luckily for her, the girls had been helpful at getting her out of situations when her and chris were alone earlier that week. even though they all thought that her and chris should just talk, they respected her decisions. the two hadn't been alone since the park and alison didn't know if that was a good or bad thing.
her and the other girls just got back from lunch. they thought it would be a fun thing to do together before the party. sitting on the couch of abby's house the girl put on one of her favorite movies, legally blonde. the girls were getting ready at abby's house so they had some time to kill until then.

a couple hours had passed and the girls were starting to get ready. alison had brought all her things that she needed to get ready over to abby's house, same with the other girls.
as alison was in the middle of curling her hair trisha spoke
"so are you going to finally talk to chris tonight?" she asked doing her hair as well (she was straightening it tonight)
"are you sure a party is really the right place to do it?" alison asked, another curl falling from the iron.
"oh yeah I mean he doesn't drink so its not like he is going to be intoxicated" abby interjected
trisha pointed her way agreeing with the blonde.
"fine! Ill only do something if you tell matt you want to be something with him" alison smirked
"oh you win" abby scowled
finishing her hair alison walked into abby's bedroom that was connected to the bathroom to get dressed. putting on the red dress that she bought the day before, the girl turned around in the mirror seeing her reflection. she looked good. she hasn't felt this amazing in a long time and It felt nice. after a few more seconds of smoothing out her dress and trying to make herself look more put together, the girl was interrupted by a gasp
