it's been a couple of weeks sense alison had her big fallout with chris at that party. she left to paris and it was a great decision. a few days after the fight there was lot to clean up with her manager. her manager didn't understand why she would cause a scene like that but she explained what happend from her perspective and not what the media twisted it to be. which seemed to get her manager off her back for the most part, but it seemed like she was still a bit bitter. luckily for her most of her fans believed her and took her side, so they didn't have to cancel the tour. the one good thing to come out of everything.
her friends hadn't really texted her. alison thinks most of them took chris's side. apparently trisha thinks that she started some shit that wasn't needed and the whole fight was her fault. she blocked alison. nick had sent a few texts here and there to check in on her. she thinks he's just trying to figure out both sides. matt and abby had been MIA for both of the parties, so alison had no idea how they felt. and madi, she was the only one to stick by alison's side.
madi knew that alison was already upset with chris, and when alison explained everything she understood why she was mad. "it was fucked up what he said to you" madi had told her over call one day.
now the media obviously twisted things. while there were a few clips of what chris said to alison, those were all edited to seem like he was in the right, probably by his fan girls that hated her. most of the clips from the party were making her seem like the bad guy. she was just trying to stand up for herself. although it probably wasn't a smart decision to do it at a party like that. she was just angry.
angry that she let her emotions take over. angry that she didn't just leave when she had the chance. angry that she even went to that party in the first place.
alison lounged on the chair outside on the balcony. she only had a couple more weeks until her tour started meaning that her mental health retreat was nearly over and she had to go back to the real world. she sighed just thinking about it.
taking a sip of her energy drink she heard her phone buzz. it was more than likely another text from madi asking how she's doing. she's been getting a lot of those lately. picking up her phone she looked at the time and sighed again, knowing she had an early flight the next morning. she had to recourse for tour now. she kept putting it off but she cant anymore.
her flight from paris was the same as it always was. believe it or not alison used to like planes, but not anymore. flying to LA ruined it as cliche as it sounds. landing back in LA was something alison never thought was going to happen again however she knew eventually it was going to have to come to her stepping back on the grounds of a city that haunted her.
the media had not taken alison's breakdown lightly. sure, most of her fans were supportive, but the rest of the planet? not so much.
the girl left the airport in a rush trying to hurry and leave, feeling the unwelcome stares on her. yeah anyone who was on the internet knew her face. she went viral. she was now known as the girl who 'slapped chris sturniolo' who's breakdown was quote 'unnecessary' she was being brought up to friends as a 'drama queen'
a few days later she walked into her recording studio. she was in the process of making a new album. from an outside perspective it probably wasn't the best idea however to alison it was therapy. it was selfish but she felt if people heard her side of the story through her music, maybe, just maybe people would understand.
"with all the backlash from the 'situation' tour tickets have decreased a bit sense we first talked about this" her manager came into the room with a new sense of hatred for her client for creating such a scene.
alison heard it all. the day she got off the plane her manager instantly called her yelling at her for everything. to be fair, alison knew it was wrong, she was just angry. of course she blamed chris, who wouldn't, but at the same time maybe she should have just heard him out and not started a whole thing.
"it was his fault you know" her producer piped in
"the whole thing was complicated from the beginning, I shouldn't even be complaining" alison remarked getting her notebook out of the bag, walking into the booth.
"look you know rehearsal for tour starts soon, maybe just focus on that" her manager said walking out of the room, seemingly to take a call.
"alright alison, lets take it from 'want you back'" her prouder called out as she nodded.
this really was her therapy, as well as her new normal.
