warning: underage drinking and smoking

ever since the insider article came out alison had been on her toes. people obviously knew that so much had affected her so deeply. of course people in the comments of the article were saying how she shouldn't be upset about something that was mainly her fault. and she was starting to believe it too.

everything that happened was her fault. she needed to stop crying about chris when she was the one who ruined everything between them. so here she was, she had just finished her concert in dallas texas and she had convinced madi to go to a party with her that night.

"are you sure this is a good idea ali? i mean what if someone recognizes you?" madi asked anxiously as the two girls walked into the house doors where the party was at

"what? no it won't matter, this is me moving on. and the only good way to do that? get drunk and find a new guy. i mean he's already moved on, why can't I?" alison asked, a bit more chipper than usual as she walked over to the drink table.

"i want you to be happy, you know i do alison, but is this really the way to do it? i mean, we all know what happened the last time you drank" madi told her referring to the party in may as the brunette poured herself another vodka shot.

"not cool mads, not cool" alison said already starting to slur her words as she drank her fifth shoot sense they got there.

"look, its just you were so hesitant to go to the party last month but now you're willingly drowning shots left and right? i mean you're not even of age" madi whisper yelled over the music

"well guess what! it doesn't matter anymore cause he doesn't want me anyway. he's done with me. i was soooo hesitant before cause i didn't want anything to ruin our friendship anymore than the almost kiss did. and then guess what i ended up messing everything up anyway" alison slurred almost yelling, some people turned to see the girl.

"damn. look i know you're upset but you didn't mess anything up. but if you keep things up like this everyone will in fact turn their back on you" madi finished before walking away from her drunk friend.

alison walked over to the living room, slumping over on the couch. maybe madi was right, but in her opinion alison was just trying to get over her stupid, non-ex.

"what's got you all pouty?" a new voice asked.

"my best friend. there was this guy, he was a dick and I'm trying to get over him and she thinks I'm going insane." alison muttered.
