SAPPHIRE WAS sitting behind peter and ned, while poppy was sitting next to noah, the two were engaged in conversation and sapphire was listening to what peter and ned were talking about, her eyes widen in realisation to what they're talking about, "you told him that you're spider-man?" sapphire whispers.
"you told the new girl but not me?" ned whispers, "no she already knew," peter whispers back, ned's mouth opens and he turns to sapphire, "are you an avenger." ned asks, "maybe, maybe not." sapphire smirks, her eyes glowing blue.
"that's awesome!" ned yells, sapphire and peter lean their head on their hands in shame, "ned please be quiet." coach says, "sorry sir."
coach told everyone to pair up, sapphire went to go with poppy but she went with noah, sapphire smirked since she knew about the small crush poppy had on noah so she just walked over to mj to see if she wanted to pair up.
"do you want to pair up?" sapphire asks, "oh, i usually do it alone, but sure." mj smiles.
"why aren't you partnering with sapphire, i thought she'd be your first choice?" noah asks, "uh because she wanted to be with mj this time, they're friends." poppy blurted, "she's my sister, i know who her friends are poppy." noah said, poppy tilted her head at his tone, "sorry, that came out rude." noah apologised, "it's okay." poppy gave him her usual smile.
"peter knows spider-man!" ned yells, sapphire and poppys heads immediately turn to the two boys, poppy looks over at sapphire with a worried look but the red head doesn't even look the girls way, "they're friends." ned continues, "yeah like coach wilson and captain america are freinds?" flash mocks.
"i've met him, a couple of times." peter defends, "but it's through the stark internship... yeah well i'm not really supposed to talk about it." peter says and turns back to ned.
"well that's awesome, hey you know what?.. maybe you should invite him to liz' party right." flash says, sapphire rolls her eyes, "yeah I'm having people over tonight you're more than welcome to come." liz says a small smirk placed on her face, "you're having a party?" peter asks, "yeah it's gonna be dope!" flash says.
"you should totally invite your friend spider-man!" flash says walking up to peter, sapphire quickly gets up and walks over to ned, "why'd you have to say anything?" she asks the boy, "well he's an avenger and plus we heard liz saying that she had a crush on spider-man." ned tells the girl.
"why does it matter who liz has a crush on?" sapphire asks, "because peter likes her isn't it obvious?" ned asks, "peter likes liz?" sapphire asks shocked, "yeah.." ned says, "oh, cool." sapphire says monotonous, and walks off.

"are you going to the party poppy?" sapphire asks, "i'll tell you the same thing i said the other day, no." poppy defends, "besides i'm meeting up with noah anyway."
"ooo, noah." sapphire mocks, "yeah." poppy blushes, a large smile on her face, "don't get too drunk tonight." poppy says, "i'm going with spider-boy i won't get drunk at all poppy." sapphire defends.

sapphire walks into the party and sees mj, the curly haired girl just gives a small wave, sapphire waves back before spotting ned, "nice hat ned." she compliments sarcastically, unfortunately ned doesn't pick up on it, "oh thanks." he says.
"where's the spider boy?" sapphire asks, "he was just-." sapphires eyes turn purple and she turns her head to where peter is, "woah..." ned says, "what?" sapphire asks, "you're eyes turned purple," ned whispers, "they did?" sapphire asks confused.
"you didn't notice?" ned asks, sapphire just shook her head, "i'll be back in a minute." the girl says before going over to peter, "why are you on the roof of all places?" the girl asks, she made sure no one could see her before using her powers to fly to the roof.
"i was gonna show up as spider-man but it's stupid." peter says putting his head down, "it is a little bit." sapphire laughs, and she takes a seat next to peter, he lifts his head up suddenly, "what?" she asks, "look." peter says and points to a blue flash of something, "what the fu-." before sapphire could finish peter had swung away.
she rolled her eyes and followed him, "this is so stupid." she whispers to herself, "i'm following a spider boy into danger, how has my life come to this." she whispers again.
luckily in her bag she always had a mask to conver her face, why she didn't know but rhodey always packed it for her.
she pulled the mask over her mouth, covering it, the only part of her face you could see where her eyes, but her hair covered up them aswell.
"you look like a psycho." peter says, "maybe that's what i'm going for." sapphire snarked, she was sitting on a bridge next to peter, "this must be where the atm robbers got their stuff." peter said, "really i thought they got it from the corner shop." sapphire whispers.
"do you have to be so sarcastic all the time?" peter asks her, "yes." she states.
peters ringtone sounds out, "turn it off!" sapphire whisper yells, "i'm trying," peter whispers back to her, the two teens jump down to the ground, "hey you gonna shoot at somebody shoot me!" peter yells, "dude what are you doing?" sapphire asks turning to the boy.
the man turns his gun towards peter but sapphire infiltrates and purple lines grab the gun from the man's hand, pulling it away from him, peter runs towards the men but one of the guys pull out something that sends peter flying.
sapphires eyes glow blue and she tries to grab the man with her powers but someone comes behind her and shocks her in the back, she lets out a scream before falling to the ground.
"saph!" peter yells and runs to her, "you okay?" he asks, she doesn't answer and her eyes are still closed, peter looks at the van that's starting to drive away and the girl infront of him, he hesitated before dialling poppys number and telling her to get sapphire.
peter attaches his web to the van and follows after it, luckily poppy teleported that second and managed to get sapphire before anything bad could happen to her, poppy nodded at peter before teleporting away.
