It had been days since that encounter with Itachi, days that blurred together in a haze of confusion, fear, and something else Y/N didn’t want to acknowledge. Every moment since their meeting on the darkened path felt tainted, like a layer of thick fog had settled over her mind, distorting reality.
Itachi’s words echoed in her head on repeat. You belong to me.
She knew she should be afraid. Hell, she was afraid, but that fear had taken on a different shape now. It wasn’t just the terror of knowing someone was watching her, controlling her, it was something darker—something she couldn’t quite name.
Itachi had invaded her thoughts, her dreams, her every waking moment. No matter how hard she tried to push him away, his presence lingered, like a shadow lurking just behind her. And worse—much worse—was the slow, creeping realization that a part of her didn’t want to push him away.
She caught herself thinking about him when she shouldn’t have been. In class, she felt his eyes on her, even when she knew he wasn’t looking. At home, the quiet spaces between her thoughts were filled with the memory of his voice, his touch, the way his words had wrapped around her like silk, even though they were laced with something far more dangerous.
It was madness. She knew it was madness.
And yet, she couldn’t stop.

Y/N sat in the back corner of the lecture hall, her notebook open in front of her, though she hadn’t written a single word. Itachi stood at the front of the room, his usual calm, composed self, lecturing about some aspect of philosophy that she couldn’t even begin to focus on. His voice was steady, measured, but to Y/N, every word seemed to vibrate with a dark energy that was meant only for her.
Her eyes traced his movements, watching the way his fingers brushed against the chalkboard, the way his eyes scanned the room. He looked so... ordinary. To everyone else, he was just Professor Uchiha, the enigmatic and brilliant teacher they admired. But Y/N knew better now. She knew the truth lurking beneath that carefully crafted exterior.
And yet, despite everything, despite the fear, she felt drawn to him.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she remembered the way he had looked at her that night, the intensity in his gaze, the way his words had wrapped around her like a vice. It was wrong, so wrong, and yet... she couldn’t stop thinking about it. About him.
She felt like she was coming undone, the threads of her sanity slowly unraveling, one by one. Itachi was intoxicating in the worst possible way, like a drug she knew she shouldn’t be taking, but couldn’t resist.
A loud clatter snapped her out of her trance, and she realized with a start that the class was over. The students around her were packing up their things, chatting amongst themselves as they filed out of the lecture hall.
But Y/N stayed where she was, frozen in her seat, her eyes still fixed on Itachi.
He hadn’t moved. He was standing by his desk, his eyes scanning the room as the last of the students left. And then, slowly, his gaze found her.
For a moment, Y/N’s breath caught in her throat. The room was almost empty now, but the tension between them was palpable, thick enough to choke on. She should leave. She should get up, walk out the door, and never look back.
But she didn’t.
Instead, she stood up, her legs feeling like they might give out under her, and began walking toward him. Her movements felt sluggish, like she was wading through water, every step pulling her deeper into something she knew she couldn’t escape from.
