Two pairs of heavy stomping and a pair of boots clicking into the room came to a sudden stop.
"Na, freut ihr euch? Hm?" The man splashed a bucket of water to wake you up.
"God, I'm begging, I've learnt my lesson!" You whined. You were already awake and on your knees, chained up. Your eyes were just nearly permanently shut from the torture you were enduring the last few days.
In front of you was The Edeltian General, Ernst von Tietjen. Behind him were two half-robot, half-man cyborg soldiers, carrying large firearms half as heavy as a tank gun. The General was covered in blood already, his pure white uniform now a mix of faded and dark crimson, likely from other prisoners.
"Don't use the Lord's name in vain, dear, it's not nice. I think you're still lying to me," he smirks.
"I really mean it, Herr General, I've learnt it!"
"It's only been eight days. You were caught stealing forbidden information for civilians, stealing food, engaging in propaganda and acts of terrorism..." The General began to list. "Must I go on? You know what you've done. A person can't learn such a big lesson in so little time."
"Herr General, I swear it won't happen again."
"Oh, you don't need to swear~" The General steps back, a menacing smile on his face as he stares down at you. "I know it won't happen again. Mistakes never happen again in Edelweiss Paradise, haven't you gone to school?"
The General pulls out a modified cow prod, for his and the Marushka Kompanie's use only. You instantly tensed up.
"Are you losing interest in this one? I am. Tomorrow I'll find another way to fix you," he says as he switches it on.
"You're just a little coward!" You had the energy to scoff.
The General frowns playfully. "Me? A coward? That's not something you should say to the man holding the prod."
"You couldn't even capture me yourself, you had to get your puppets to do it."
"I have more duties that need my attention," The General yawns. He quickly sticks the cow prod into your skin, burning it almost instantly.
You cry out in pain, what little tears you had left to cry.
"Y-you're... You're really that sc-scared of me? Y-you... Have to use a cattle prod a-and bring your little soldiers in here for 'protection'?"
"You'll drive me crazy!" The General shouts, smacking you upside the head. He whips you aggressively with the prod before sticking it into your bare chest, right below your heart.
"Aargh!" you scream, yet it was silenced by the walls of your cell.
"You look beautiful when I mark you. You really were such a good citizen before all of this... If you don't give up, we'll patch you right up," The General smiles and turns off his prod.
You huffed and puffed, unable to breathe out another curse. Your verbal silence made him happy, and he handed the prod to one of the soldiers behind him.
"At the end of your lessons, you'll receive what we call... 'mental correction.' It's painless, you'll be all knocked out for it!" He cheers. "Once you're done, you'll be a model citizen again. And there won't be any more mistakes."
The General adjusted his gloves and his uniform. He crouched down onto one knee, gently caressing your head. He looked at you with a twisted, deranged glint in his eyes.
"D-don't... touch me," you coughed. You were uncomfortable, you were soaked in water and then electrocuted. The human body was a perfect conduit for electricity, and he knew that. The General wasn't unintelligent at all, he was incredibly smart and planned every single thing he did.
"You belong to me. This whole country, and everyone and everything in it, belongs to me," The General continued his advances. "You were quieter today, other than a few screams. I'll make sure they include dessert for your dinner tonight."
The General stood and nodded at the two soldiers. The three began to leave, with The General showing his teeth to you in a big, disgusting smile.
