In this story, you will be following San's point of view most of the time, there will only be a few times where you will be able to see the story through Seonghwa's perspective , but it is San there is the main protagonist.

The sweet sound of the birds chirping outside in the sunny morning had soon got interrupted by the noisy alarm there rung constantly.
A low groan sounded from underneath the covers and an arm reached out to turn off the alarm. The covers got thrown off and an young boy appeared from under his hideout of the duvet.

The young boy rubbed his eyes and stretched his body while he lets out a low groan. He closed his eyes as he inhaled the fresh air there blew through the open window in his bedroom.
He swung his legs over the edge of the bed and grabbed his glasses there were laying next to the lamp on his nightstand.

Without any hesitation, he got up from the soft madras and went to his closet to pick a new outfit for the day. The selection was not that big as most of his clothes wore the same color and brand.
He had after about five minutes picked a outfit and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower and got dressed. It were all the same, the same morning routine, the same greetings in the morning and the same breakfast, but he never complained, he were grateful for each day there approached.

As he walked downstairs, he were met by the sweet scent of his mother's homemade tea and the smell of eggs and bacon sizzling on the pan.
His younger sister were playing with their dog and his brother were sitting on the couch with his attention full on his phone.
The young boy's mother had noticed his presence and smiled as she got eye contact with him, "good morning sweetie.." she spoke in the same, sweet and gentle voice. He returned the smile and answered, "good morning mom." He kissed her cheek as always and went to sit by the round dining table as his mother came with his breakfast.

He looked over at his father who were sitting on the couch with his leg crossed over the other and leaned up against the soft cushions with the newspaper in his hand, not paying any attention to the rest of them. "Good morning dad." He greeted him, but only earned a single hum in response.
It wasn't because his father were mad or didn't cared for him, it were simply because he were too focused on the news that were happening all over the world.

Suddenly the voice of his little sister speaking sweetly while grabbing onto his sleeve had made him lose his attention away from his father, "Sannie, please.. play with me." She kept tugging onto his sleeve, in hope to make him agree, but only got a No as he shook his head, "I'm sorry Hana, but I can't right now.." her smile slowly faded. San saw the sadness in her eyes as he rejected.
He picked her up and made her sit on his lap, he smiled as he tugged her long black hair behind her ear and spoke, "I have school to attend this morning, but I promise, as soon as I'll get home, I will play all day with you." Her eyes brightened as she looked up at him, "you promise?" She holds out her pinky, he nods and smiled as he wrapped his pinky around hers, "I promise."

The sound of their mother interrupting had startled the both of them and San but his sister back down, when his mother came and placed an plate with scrambled eggs and bacon in front of him, along with an cup of hot tea, "eat up honey, your classes starts in about fifteen minutes." San smiled and nods as he began to eat.

After being done with his breakfast, San grabbed his red backpack and put all his books in it, ready to leave the house. He hugged his little sister as she came running to say her goodbyes, along with their mother.
"See you soon my darling." She spoke as she lightly kissed his soft cheek. He nods and waved to his family before he left the house. The school were only a few streets away from his house, so he didn't wanted to hurry on his way.
