—Ken's POV—
I heard Stell's loud voice from outside which made me snap out of my thoughts.

"namamasko ho!"

I got up and quickly went to let them in. I sat with them in the living room, it was silent for a while, until Jah asked me what I needed help with.

"para sa'n ba yung help na need mo?" he asked.

"this is gonna sound crazy, promise me you won't freak out okay?"

"just so you know, we're not helping you hide a bod—"

"baliw! Tsk, it's in my room I'll just get it.."

"katawan nga?!" Stell exclaimed.

"It's not a dead body for Pete's sake, Intayin n'yo lang ako dito."

I stood up and made my way to get the book, leaving Stell and Jah in the living room. I approached my bedroom door and opened it, I grabbed the book and went back.

I sat down and placed the book on the desk infront of us. I looked at them in the eyes and took a deep breath, I was silently worrying how I would explain this to them because even I can't believe any of it.

I opened the book and as usual, it had nothing written on it again. I'm not surprised anymore, ano pa ba'ng kayang gawin nitong librong 'to?

Stell and Jah just looked at the book, glanced at eachother, and stared back at me. I flipped through the pages as I started to explain everything that's happened to this book since I took it home.

"you're not gonna believe this, pero itong librong 'to— it's not normal... I mean, I found it in the school library when I was looking for a specific book"

"and?" Justin asked curiously.

"I accidently ripped one of its page so I thought I'd just bring it home para maayos ko. Pero nung inuwi ko 'to, it's been really really weird!"

"when I first opened it, it didn't have any writings or anything! Blanko lang talaga. And when I opened it for the second time, it had a drawing of a man's face! I'm telling you, guys. Kakaiba 'tong libro na 'to."

"Hoy Ken Suson, baka naman nagpupuyat ka nanaman ha" Stell interrupted

"no no! It's not about that, I swear! And the next time I opened it, it had a name written down naman and after that, there was a date! Here, I have proof!"

I showed them the picture I took of the things that were once written down on the book before. They scanned the photo with their eyes and hummed, Jah seemed to be catching on to what I was trying to show them but Stell was still oblivious.

"so you're telling us, may libro ka'ng may magic?" Justin asked

"no I wouldn't describe it as magic.."

"eh, edi ano? It's a book that has dissappearing contents, what else could it be other than a 'magic book'?" Stell said with a chuckle, still oblivious of the book.

I scrolled through my phone's gallery and showed them the picture I took of the sentence that was written in Greek. I knew it was in Greek but I didn't know what it said, I hope one of them knows Greek.

"I think that says, 'wait for me, my love'" Justin translated as he read the sentence

"woah, that's actually creepy" he added.
