Slowly, the first egg began to crack, a tiny claw poking through the fragile shell. Meanwhile, the second egg trembled, struggling to break open as faint cracks started to appear. The first hatchling pushed further, dislodging a small piece of the shell to reveal its gleaming eyes. As I walked into the airport, my bag securely strapped to my back, a mix of excitement and nerves bubbled inside me. This trip was going to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for both me and Marcus, my older brother, though he didn't seem too thrilled about it. We were about to spend the summer with our father, and Marcus wasn't exactly looking forward to it.
