Yes ,you read it right, today I will write about challenges in brief.

Every day we face challenges, either tough challenges, or fragile challenges .

Either that challenges makes you or breaks you ,it depends upon how you respond to it.

If you respond to it in a positive way, then your life will be all set. But if you respond to it in a negative way, then you will ruin your life and yourself too.

"Every challenge has a mindset required to overcome it"

Nowadays, I am going through soo much challenges, and this makes me frustrated and disappointed. But this is not the solution.

In this situation, we don't have to be nervous and emotional. Instead, we have to find permanent solutions for that. Everyone's life is not similar to my life, but to some extent, it is almost similar .

"Be selective in your battles sometimes peace is better than being right"

Right now, I discovered a solution for that problem. Whatever challenge you are facing, try to jot down on a paper with a pen. This is an exercise which will help you to relax at the time of stress.

Honestly speaking, after writing half of the article, I am feeling  relaxed and calm now , alhamdulillah.

"My strength didn't come from lifting weights. My strength came from lifting myself up when I was knocked down"

You must try this technique to release your stress and don't forget to comment on this article what you feel after doing that exercise.
