The manor's guests, who had once regarded her as merely a decorative piece, now saw her as a formidable presence. Everything seemed to be going just right for everyone, except for that one person- Ritu, the soon to be wife of Commander Devendra.

She appeared to be a gentle and virtuous one in public. In private, however, Ritu's frustration had simmered. She had entered the manor with high hopes, confident in her position as Devendra's main wife. Yet, Abeera's resurgence threatened to overshadow her. Ritu had always been aware of the power dynamics within the manor, but Abeera's recent actions had turned the tide against her.

In the stillness of the night, as the manor lay enveloped in the hush of darkness, Ritu's anger reached its peak. She paced in her room, her hands clenched into fists. Her once clear path to prominence seemed clouded by Abeera's machinations.

Just then, the sound of a soft knock had interrupted her thoughts. A young maid entered, her face half-hidden by the shadow of the hallway. She carried a folded letter, which she handed to Ritu with a respectful bow. The maid quickly exited, leaving Ritu alone with her thoughts and the mysterious letter. Ritu unfolded the parchment, her heart racing with anticipation. The letter, written in elegant script, revealed a plan, one that promised to turn the tide in her favor. As she read the instructions, her initial skepticism gave way to a glimmer of hope. The writer of the letter had clearly understood her predicament and had crafted a strategy that played to her strengths.

Abeera's dazzling performances and public acclaim had made her a formidable adversary, but the letter provided a path for Ritu to counteract her influence. It spoke of subtle maneuvers, calculated actions that would undermine Abeera's position without drawing undue attention. The letter concluded with a confident assurance: "Let her shine as brightly as she wants, for soon, the dawn will rise in your favor."

Ritu's expression transformed from frustration to determined resolve. The letter had rekindled her confidence and provided a clear direction. She would not allow Abeera's resurgence to overshadow her own ambitions. With the plan in hand, she felt a renewed sense of purpose. As she carefully folded the letter and tucked it away, a sly smile curved her lips. She knew the battle was far from over, but with the guidance from the mysterious letter, she was ready to reclaim her position and ensure that Abeera's fleeting glory would soon be overshadowed by her own triumph. The stage was set, and Ritu was prepared to play her part to perfection. Soon came the signal to attack, the day of Abeera's dance performance-

In the gentle light of dusk, Ritu sat before the large mirror in her chamber, her hands carefully adjusting the strings of jasmine in her hair. The soft scent of sandalwood lingered in the air, mixing with the cool breeze that slipped through the window. Her fingers moved gracefully, as if accustomed to the rituals of beauty and elegance, yet her mind was elsewhere. Her face, though serene, held a quiet determination that hinted at a secret plan she had yet to reveal.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a sharp knock on the door. Without waiting for an answer, Juhi, Ritu's head maid and closest confidante, burst into the room, her face flushed with anger. The fabric of her maid's uniform rustled as she crossed the room with hurried steps, eyes flashing with indignation."Ritu Didi!" Juhi spat, clearly seething.

"You won't believe what that witch Abeera has been up to! It's unbearable!"Ritu glanced up from the mirror, her expression unperturbed by Juhi's outburst. She continued to braid the jasmine into her hair, her lips curving into a small smile.

"Juhi, what has happened now?"Juhi, her frustration mounting, clenched her fists. "That woman—Abeera! She has somehow wormed her way back into the good graces of the entire manor! Can you imagine? After everything she's done?"

Ritu remained calm, adjusting her earrings with quiet elegance. "What has she done this time?" Juhi let out a huff of exasperation. "Where do I even begin? First, she's been reciting poetry—beautiful verses, they say—every morning at the temple courtyard. They call her the embodiment of Saraswati now! She performs her prayers flawlessly, with such devotion, people are beginning to forget the scandals. Even the servants whisper that she's like Sita—pure, graceful, and perfect. And she's been practicing her dance again! Just yesterday, she performed for the ladies in the manor, a dance so graceful and refined that even Sarala Devi's friends were left in awe."
