Yujin looked around, marveling at the space.

"I like this kind of thing. We'll be seeing each other every day."

"What's the point of seeing each other? You'd just end up blushing."

"Hey, but that's how you get closer. Honestly, since we each have our own offices, we don't see each other often. Maybe that's why I'm a bit envious of this."

Yujin's expression grew wistful as he brushed the desk.

"It was just like this when we were at the same training center before."

"Was it?"

"Yeah. There was a small office like this, and we talked there a lot. You were sharper back then than you are now... but that was part of your charm."

Jin hyo-seop's ears perked up at the mention of the past.

"It's weird how you seem to care so much. I really wanted to guide you. Of course, you refused the guidance."

No matter how hard he tried not to listen, it was difficult. The past was depicted as sharper than the present, and guidance was still refused. Though it was just fragmentary information, it felt like a picture of the old Andante was forming.

"Such a strange Esper. Refusing a guide's guidance."

"Why would I get guidance when I don't need it?"

"You did receive it from me sometimes."

For a moment, Yujin's expression took on a peculiar sense of superiority. Everyone envied Yujin when Dante was known to be an S-rank. Things changed when Andante was later revealed to be a C-rank, but he was still very popular. With his striking looks and tall stature, many guides who had only admired him as an S-rank tried to get close. Yet, Andante still received guidance only from Yujin. It felt like a special thing for Yujin, making him feel pleased.

"You know, I'm unique. Even though I'm a C-rank, I accumulate a lot of poison, and only you could handle it."

"Yeah, yeah, you've said that, but could you rephrase it in a way that sounds nicer?"

"How would you like me to phrase it?"

"Hmm. Maybe say you wanted to guide me because you liked me?"

"That would be too much of a lie."

"Wow, look at what Andante is saying."

Seeing Yujin's harmless eye-roll, Andante chuckled. The two seemed to be very close.

"It's really nice to be with you again after a long time."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I like it a lot. I'd like to be with you all the time."

Yujin gave him a strange look with moist eyes. In response, Andante moved closer to Yujin, leaning on the desk. The posture suddenly seemed overpowering.

"You want to be with me?"

"Yes."

"Then, would you like to join, Noapi?"
