Andante mentioned that he would go out to get dinner with Flat, choosing to pick it up instead of ordering delivery. Flat shouted, wondering why Andante insisted on going out, but eventually, he was dragged out with him. It was an oddly clear display of a dominant-submissive relationship.

Jin Hyo-seop returned to the room without taking a dip in the water. Since Czerny had gone straight to the shower after swimming, there were now four Espers left in the lodging.

It was unusually quiet, perhaps because the talkative ones had all left. Coda, as always, was engrossed in a book, while the two Espers, whom Jin Hyo-seop had never spoken to, were huddled together, staring at their phones. They looked to be no older than twenty, always sticking together. With identical appearances and names like Lydian and Dorian, it was almost certain they were twins.

The last person was curled up in the corner, asleep.

"What was his name again?"

It was on the tip of his tongue when Czerny, fresh from the shower, came up behind him and wrapped his arms around Jin Hyo-seop's neck.

"Hyung, what are you thinking about?"

The scent of fragrant shampoo wafted over him.

"Just trying to recall a name."

"A name? Oh, you mean their names?"

Czerny rubbed his cheek against Jin Hyo-seop's hair as he pointed out the guild members one by one.

"You already know Coda. The twins over there, the one on the left is Lydian, and the one on the right is Dorian. Both of them have serious trust issues with humans, so there's no need to bother with them."

The twins glanced at Czerny. They must have heard what he said, but their faces remained expressionless. Coda was also expressionless, but somehow, it felt different. Coda's stillness was more serene and composed, while the twins had an icy, almost disdainful aura that reinforced Czerny's comment about their distrust of humans.

"And that guy sleeping in the corner is Cindy. He's usually quiet, but when the time comes, he turns into a bit of a lunatic."

"When the time comes?"

"Yeah. His condition is a bit strange. You've been here for about a month, so you should have noticed by now—there's no one normal in this guild."

Jin Hyo-seop couldn't help but agree. The people in the NoaPi Guild were all peculiar, to say the least.

"But why the sudden interest in them? Is there someone you like?"

"It's not that."

"Then?"

"I just thought it would be good to remember the names of my guildmates."

Czerny plopped down beside Jin Hyo-seop, snuggling close.

"Wow, hyung, you're really diligent. Those guys ignore you, so you could just ignore them too."

Was that what they were doing? Jin Hyo-seop blinked in surprise, unaware of this fact, as Czerny flashed a bright smile and rested his cheek on Jin Hyo-seop's shoulder.

"More importantly, pay attention to me instead. I'm much more fun than those cold, silent types."

"How should I pay attention to you?"
