A Sorrowful Yearning

I stare at the pale ceiling
Ivory walls and crimson ground
Cold and empty, my heart tightens

Change seems hard to reconcile,
Never thought I preferred,
the cluttered mess this room used to bore

Or maybe it's warmth ; the stolen warmth I long

As it had leaped out of the room, so silent

Now I lay at the middle of the cold room

My eyes burn, heart aches

Every corner, every mark left behind Connects back to the unforgettable past
The utter silence tear me apart Longing tightens until it's unable to hold

Undeniable loneliness starts crushing me inside
Little by little, it haunts me within Slowly yet so painfully,
I shouts to the void letting the restrained, flow along
Yet the heart only bounds more
I scream to the heavens;
my sorrows flow forth
Until my breath falters
Yet only my heart tightens more
Now I lay in the middle
Exhausted and torn
But the devil's grip only tightens
Until it murders me inside
