Chapter 7. Back Off Adam

{Alastor's Pov}

It's the next day Lucifer Is still asleep. I got up I sat on the bed for the moment, I was careful to not stand up to fast. You know that feeling In your head? It gets all heavy and you feel like you're gonna pass out? Yeah that happens to me...A lot. I got up slowly seeing Lucifer surprisingly asleep. I honestly thought he'd wake up to that, my bed Is creaky as hell but apparently not!

I walk over to my closet and grab some clothes. After I got changed I headed out of my room, I walk downstairs to see Husker talking to Angel. Per usual... Then Vaggie and Charlie... Are they making out right now? Ew-

Oh no their just kissing never mind! I see to much of Angel Dust getting It on over there... Such trauma Is real for that. I look at the door being opened and see Adam... Ugh this human pig. I assumed my expression showed because Adam looked straight. At. Me.

"You and me over there now Radio freak!"

"Of course dear~"

Me and Adam walked over to the corner of the room. Adam started to ramble on about Lucifer. How he was gonna blow his brains out for not getting him back In heaven. I explained to him that he had sinned so he belonged down here. He should know that after I said It like ten times!

"Ugh! You aren't helping me I'll just keep blowing Lucifer's brains out until he gets me back In heaven!"

"YOU WILL NOT BE DOING THAT!~"

"YOU AIN'T STOPPING ME RED HEAD!"

"OH YOY FAT MAN! DON'T YOU HEAR ME?! YOU AIN'T GETTING BACK INTO HEAVEN! THEY CLEARLY STATED THAT YOU HAVE SINNED THEY HAD SAID IT ON THE PHONE WITH LUCIFER! I WOULD KNOW I WAS THERE!~"

"HOW DARE YOH CALL ME A FAT MAN! I COULD BLOW YOUR BRAINS OUT RIGHT HERE IF I WANTED TO!"

"DON'T YOU FUCKING TOUCH ME YOU FREAK!~"

"I'LL DO WHAT I WANT!"

"LISTEN TO YOURSELF MAN! LISTEN YOUR WORDS MAYBE THINK ABOUT THE REASONS WHY YOU'RE DOWN HERE!~"

I pulled my arm away from Adam's grasp. He wanted to fuck me?! He wanted to touch me?! The hell Is wrong with him! He didn't even think about consent he just went straight forward saying he'd blow my brains out. What the hell Is wrong with him?! I thought Santa Claus would be nicer than this?! Ugh this Is why fat people get a bad rep!

I walked away starting to walk towards Charlie to get him out of here. But Adam had grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him?! I tried pushing him off but he was holding me tight. His other hand started to choke me! I couldn't breath It was hard to focus on anything...

"Adam you let go of him this instant!"

"Luci~ deary~ Lets go to your bedroom ~"

I was trying to gain my consciousness back. I was almost completely knocked out. I was more worried about Lucifer tho! I tried to help. But I didn't and now Adam Is probably blowing his brains out right now...

{An hour later}

I was still In the main room Charlie and Vaggie had went out. Husk and Angel went into their rooms. Niffty probably cleaning... It's just me, myself, and I... With my thoughts I thought about Vox, then Rosie, then Luci...

I cared about them all I just wish I could protect them better... I wronged Vox and now he probably doesn't even trust me I guess? Rosie I don't know she's fine but I feel like I'm not doing enough for her... Then Lucifer I failed to protect him when he needed me most... All I could think about Is the fact I failed him.

I was a monster failing a game that I was supposed to be a hero In. So much for redemption... If I can't even protect the ones I care for what good place would I have In heaven? I looked at the time to see I'm late... Late to the broadcast, late to the promise I made with Charlie. The promise I wouldn't break so I could get along with her lousy Dad. A man I can't even protect when he needed me...

I looked at the clock, ticking, and ticking, and ticking, I didn't get up I just stared at It... I looked at the stairs. Do I really wanna broadcast today? No I have to I have a set schedule! I can't fuck it up... I get up from the chair and I see Adam going downstairs.

"Took you long enough~"

"You're just lucky Lucifer made It on time!"

"Back off Adam! I am done seeing you In this hotel! You are banned from coming here! I will jot allow It! I am done with your stupid behavior!~"

"Well to damn ba-"

He couldn't even finish his sentence, I punched him right In the face, then his gut, then I got him to be on the ground. He was a lot weaker now he's In hell... Wait he's In hell! I'm a overlord and he Is just a lousy Sinner! HA! I grinned widely as I looked at him. I kicked his face and kept punching him over, and over, and over again, and again, and again. Oh the amount of joy I got out of It.

I snapped back Into reality after a few punches. I got back up from being on top of him while punching him. I looked at him and grinned wider again.

"Will this teach you to back off you pig?~"

"Ugh! Fine just you wait! I'll get my revenge on you just you wait Alastor!"

I watch Adam walk away. I could hear that heavy breath coming out of me, I used up a lot of energy just to beat him to a pulp. Oh but It felt so good to do that. So good, I walked upstairs and looked at the time. I really am late for this broadcast, cue Lucifer coming In 3...2...1!

"I'm sorry I'm late Alast-"

"Hello there My Lord~"

"You haven't started the broadcast yet?"

"Sadly no but now that you're here we can start!~"

"You're never late to broadcasts tho whats wrong Al?"

"I don't know whatever do you mean! I just got busy with some stuff Lucifer!~"

"You're worrying me Al..."

"I'm fine If you want we'll talk after the broadcast!"

"Fine..."

I started up the Radio and we began are broadcast. This Is going to be a long night Isn't It...
