bold is sign language.
the crisp morning light flooded in through the open curtains causing jisung to stir and yawn.
he groaned a little as he stretched and muttered an incoherent babble of noises.
minho brushed a hand through his soft hair, tousling it a little and smiling at jisung's cuteness.
"morning darling." his raspy voice seemed to startle the younger.
minho hadn't been awake for long before jisung had woken up, so his voice was still deep and rough making a little shiver run down the younger's spine.
"a-ah, m-mor-morni-ning...h-hyun-ng." jisung hated how he particularly struggled with speech in the mornings after he'd just woken up.
"cute." minho muttered making jisung flush a little and bury himself far into minho's chest.
"it's nine thirty, when do you want to be dropped home? not that i ever want you going home." minho teased a little.
before jisung could even attempt to formulate an answer, minho rolled over a little and grabbed a notebook and pen, "here, right it down if talking feels too much." he said, pressing a small kiss to the younger's head.
although they just met and others may think they were going too fast, to them, this was the perfect pace. they didn't care what others think. love worked in mysterious ways and if it felt right for them, why should they slow down?
jisung felt warmth flood through his veins at the older's care and consideration for him.
jisung quickly wrote out how he didn't mind when he got dropped home, but it had to be before midday because that's when he was supposed to be hanging out with his friends.
minho nodded and suggested they get up now so they're in no rush to get ready when it's nearer the time for jisung's departure.
they lazily got up, still a little sleepy and made their way to the bathroom. they took turns in washing their face and giggled when they bumped their hips together while they brushed their teeth.
minho whipped up a quick breakfast for them as jisung sat on the counter, swinging his legs and occasionally taste testing for the older. he found it so attractive how minho could cook so effortlessly.
when the food was over a low heat and the ship bought pastries were in the oven, minho went to stand between jisung's legs, his hands placed delicately on his waist as he gazed up at his through his long eyelashes.
jisung traced the tattoos on minho's arms, liking how the intricate designs wrapped around his biceps, almost showing off his muscle.
"you like them?" minho asked in a low voice.
jisung nodded and bit his lip a little.
the tension broke as doongie came sleepily padding into the kitchen, rubbing on minho's legs and wrapping his tail around his ankle. minho picked the cat up, causing a quiet meow of surprise from the kitty, and placed him into jisung's lap.
the cat snuggled close into the younger's hold, purring intently as the boy stroked him and jisung giggled at the cuteness of the animal.
"ah, i should probably feed them." minho scratched behind doongie's ear before opening a draw and pouring some food into each one. he laughed as soonie and dori came bounding in and immediately started eating their food.
