A soft smile tugs at Elijah's lips while his slender fingers moved across his screen with grace, tapping away as he formed a message for a certain beautiful witch he had met earlier today.

He couldn't get her out of his head, even if he tried. But he only tried when he'd need to focus which happens to be alot. He sat in Elena Gilbert's room, the teen staring at the male, her brown eyes just trailing over him in wonder, confusion and slight awe.

She wondered who he was texting and why he was so happy to do so. Surely he didn't have a girlfriend or did he? Was it a friend?

The teen shook that thought away as fast as she could, mentally scoffing at herself for thinking such a thing. It couldn't be a friend, not with the way his eyes shined. Not with the soft, content smile that was on his lips and she could swear that he's blushing. She'd never seen such content on a person before, she could almost feel his devotion for this person.

And she so desperately wanted to know who it was, maybe they'll be able to use them against Elijah if- when he becomes their enemy.

Right now, she wasn't sure what he was.

One of the last times she'd seen the male was at that abandoned house, where she hoped and thought he died.

Damon had impaled an wooden coat hanger into his chest, she saw Elijah desiccate. Her boyfriend had seen it, so did Damon.

Then he showed up suddenly when they were at Slater's apartment, killing all of those vampires and then disappearing.

And now here the male is, introducing himself to her Aunt as Elijah Smith.

How old was he even alive? It confused her, was he not a vampire? Vampires die when staked with anything wooden.

She couldn't understand how he's even alive, it was giving her an headcahe the more she thinks about it. He should be dead. She was and is still confused on what he wanted to say to her or what he just wanted.

He'd stopped her when she was going to tell her brother about him, said that the two of them needed to talk, so here they are in her room.

It's been over twenty minutes and he's been on his phone the entire time with a smile on his lips.

Whomever he's texting must be of some importance to him. The way he stared at his phone showed it.

And even though she was confused and petrified at the moment, she could not help check out the male. He only wore a suit but he sure looked amazing in it, he is also a very handsome male too.

Though, as much as she's really enjoying the sight of the male, she wants to know what he wanted.

She clears her throat loudly, hoping that she'd get his attention. The male lets out a sigh and his fingers dances across the screen of his phone again before he puts it into his pocket, finally looking at Elena since he entered her room.

Elijah had honestly forgotten about the girl and where he was. Seraphina is just so fucking adorable though. She showed the male pictures of her dinner and then a few pictures of her animals around the farm.

"Forgive the wait and intrusion." He says to Elena as he sits up slightly in his seat. "I mean your family no harm," he adds. And he was truthful. He didn't mean her family harm, he couldn't harm them if he wanted too anyway.

He'd promise Seraphina to leave Jeremy alone and he's a man of his word, even moreso now. He was also instructed to leave Jenna alone as the woman was the only family Jeremy had to cared for him.
