ACT ONE - TREASURE HUNT

[THE SCENE OPENS WITH A GIRL SLEEPING ON THE COUCH IN THE CHATEAU. JOHN B WALKS BY AND PRODS AT HER.]

"Rise and shine, Bee." John B chuckled, prodding at the small girl who was flat out on his couch.

She groaned as she sat up and looked at him with an unimpressed expression. She then flipped him off.

[THE FRAME FROZE]

John B: And that's Bonnie Evans, a name you'd know anywhere no matter what side of OBX you lived on. Just like Kiara, she sort of has her foot set in both worlds. She leans more to the pogue side than the Carrera girl, but we'll get into that later...

[THE SCENE THEN CUTS TO BONNIE WHO WAS SAT ON HER BED WITH KIARA WHILE THE TWO SMOKED AND LISTENED TO MUSIC.]

John B: So, Bonnie will never turn down a smoke. And, JJ being JJ, is constantly getting her to get high with him since she's the funniest when she's high.

Besides that, her and Kiara have a really close, girly friendship. Which, if you ask me, doesn't seem right since they both slum it with us and talk about the stereotypical boy things. I'm also convinced Kiara and Bonnie have kissed at some point, I just can't prove it. I'll get it out of one of them at some point.

[THE SCENE THEN TURNS TO BONNIE WHO WAS STOOD ARGUING WITH RAFE CAMERON. ALL THE POGUES WATCHED AS SHE SLAPPED HIM.]

John B: She's fearless. I don't think i had ever been more impressed with Bonnie when she hit Rafe Cameron that day. It's all we went on about. The look on his face was priceless, too. It was a real boss Bonnie move.

[THE FINAL SCENE IS BONNIE ARGUING WITH HER OLDER BROTHER, BENJAMIN AS HE SITS IN HIS CAR. SHE STOOD ON THE OUTSIDE, HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN WHILE SHE FOUGHT WITH HIM.]

"How about you go slum it with your pogue friends? I'm sure they'd be happy to see you in that outfit, you look like a whore, Bonnie." Benjamin yelled out the car, making Bonnie bite the inside of her cheek.

"And how about you go suck Rafe Cameron's dick!" Bonnie yelled back, slamming the car door as her brother's tires screeched on the road. "Asshole!"

John B: Bonnie is the definition of the black sheep in her family. Her mom and brother are both Kooks, they live on Figure Eight, with a shit ton of money. Meanwhile, Bonnie's dad, lives on the Cut and works as a fisherman.

From what Bonnie has told us, after her parents split, Bonnie's mom decided to get a job on Figure Eight and work her way up the management. Fortunately, for her, she did and soon became the owner of one of the most known hotel's on Figure Eight called Pearl Haven.

Bonnie's dad, however, just decided to stay living on the Cut as he knew how much his daughter loved living the life she had here. He wasn't perfect, but he did try his hardest for Bonnie and she appreciated that very much. He and my dad were good friends, but Mr Evans didn't talk to me much after my dad went missing at sea...

[THE LAST SCENE IS ALL THE POGUES TOGETHER, SAT ON THE MHS POGUE.]

John B: So, that's my crew. And our mission this summer, is to have a good time, all the time.
