Chapter 16: Gon and Killua's training

A/n: Hello my fellow readers, here is the next chapter to this story I hope you guys are ready and let the chapter begin!

3rd pov

As Gon and Killua train after their encounter with Knuckle, they had to return to Palm who Gon had a brief "date" with along with Killua killing Rammot the ant they fought before, the two didn't know that they were being watched by the seasoned Hunter Knov. He is watching them to see if they are ready to see Kite in his current state or know the whereabouts of Y/n, while on the road Cheetu is seen running at full speed to find another town to cause havoc.

But he soon sees a person standing in the distance, which this person is Knuckle himself and he was expecting the Chimera Ant to be heading right for him.

Knuckle: He's here.

the Hunter then takes off his shirt and gets in a stance, while Cheetu who is still running simply smiles and continues his running. As soon both the Human and Ant were close, Knuckle throws a punch at Cheetu but the said Ant easily dodges the punch and stops in place facing the Human, While Knuckle turns to face the Chimera Ant that dodged his punch.

Cheetu: [Who the hell is he?]

Then another Hunter that was hidden in smoke swing his massive weapon, but again Cheetu dodges the attack and faces his attacker without a care in the world smile.

white haired man: hey, not bad.

Both Human men attack Cheetu together, while the said Chimera Ant find this amusing and moves at speeds that for the two Hunters was that of a blur, their attacks missed and soon found themselves being hit with many strikes as it show Cheetu punching them with fast strikes that makes it difficult for them to block or dodge. The Chimera Ant at this point is just toying around with both of them, while Knuckle lets out a frustrated grunt.

Knuckle: He's fast.

Cheetu: You're a lot faster than the guys from yesterday.... but not by much, I'm afraid. I guess you guys were lying in wait for me. Sorry, but that's going to back fire on you. You're gonna die without ever getting the chance to strike back.

Knuckle: *laughs* Oh, yeah?

Cheetu; Hmm?

Knuckle: I barely felt a thing. With a punch like that, you could hit us a few thousand times more and still not kill us.

Cheetu: *laughs* Okay, I get it. You're just trying to act tough.

He then rushes them striking the white haired man first, then moves to Knuckle giving him a couple of strikes and jumps back to rush Knuckle again for the final strike, but Knuckle took the hits and tries to send a punch at the Chimera Ant but like before Cheetu easily dodged it thanks to his speed.

Cheetu: *laughs* The strike's already been called, and you're still swinging. *laughs* Just a warning. I've been holding back. I can run faster and punch harder.

He says taunting both Hunters with his speed, then Knuckle goes for another punch which everything slows down and Cheetu now has a surprised look on his face. As he dodged Knuckle's punch, but was still surprised by the Human male's action.

Cheetu: [This is a surprise... He actually aimed accurately at my face. I was certain that he couldn't follow my motion earlier. Was it a lucky guess?]

Cheetu then punches Knuckle in his face, but then ne notices the white haired man rushing at him reading to strike with his massive pipe, which makes the Ant even more surprised.

Cheetu: [Him too?! He's tracking where I'm going to be before he attacks. I only just encountered them,  and they've adjusted to my speed that quickly?
