On a sunny day in Brooklyn, a young woman, who has long, wavy brown hair and bright blue eyes. She wears a strapless purple dress, black stockings, black high class gloves and black high-heels. She's on the bus, accompanied by a small Ragdoll cat with fluffy, light yellow fur, laying down on her arms.
Her name is Marzia. She is just an average person who grew up in an extended family in Brooklyn. She's the younger sister of her older twin brothers, Mario and Luigi. Marzia has a lady-like demeanor as if like she came from a high-class family, but she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She also can be Haughty, Sarcastic and Blunt towards anyone, assuming having a troubled past. Despite her Haughty nature, she has a soft side to the people whom she loved.
It took a few minutes to arrive at the location. The bus stops at her destination, Marzia steps out of the bus, she takes a deep inhale and enters a small shop. She began her routine as a floral designer.

She stepped into a quaint yet elegant florist shop, gently brushing her fingers across the petals of the blooms on display. The delicate fragrance of freshly-cut roses, lilies, and other flora filled the air, creating a soothing ambiance. She took a moment to admire the beautiful arrangements scattered across the shelves, the vibrant colors adding a touch of life to the space.
Marzia puts an apron on, she sees lots of colorful flowers that are placed on the table and lots of customers are waiting in line at the outside of the shop. Despite the amount of responsibility that keeps pressures her, she didn't mind at all. She loves her job. As a Flora Designer, it was her job to arrange, dried and make decorative displays. She also help customers select flowers and containers, ribbons, and other accessories.
She began to work on a new bouquet, weaving in white lilies and purple hydrangeas to contrast with the red roses. She hummed a soft tune under her breath, her mind focused on the task at hand. As customers entered the shop, she greeted them with a polite smile, engaging in light conversation while they browsed the selection. Despite her haughty demeanor, Marzia had a knack for making people feel comfortable in her presence, and this skill was apparent in the way she effortlessly navigated each interaction, ensuring every customer left satisfied.
The florist shop was buzzing with activity as customers came and went, browsing the vibrant array of flowers and selecting their perfect bouquet. Marzia stood by the counter, her focus on an intricate arrangement of pink tulips and baby's breath, when a familiar co-worker approached.
"Hey, Marzia, those look gorgeous," the co-worker remarked, observing Marzia's expert touch.
Marzia smiled slightly, a hint of pride in her eyes. "Thanks. Just trying to make something that will make the customer's day."
Just as Marzia was about to add a final touch to the bouquet, a customer entered the store, carrying an air of entitlement about them. Marzia braced herself, knowing that this was going to be a challenging interaction. The customer approached the counter, looking around impatiently.
"I need something for a gift," the customer said abruptly, not bothering with any pleasantries.
"Of course. What kind of arrangement are you looking for? Is it for a special occasion?" Marzia kept her composure, her expression neutral as she replied.
The customer huffed, clearly not interested in small talk. "Just make it look expensive," she said, rolling her eyes.
Marzia felt a pang of annoyance, but she took a deep breath and forced a smile. Her mother taught her how to control her temper by suppressing it and taught her about the importance of mannerisms, like an actual lady. However, she's the type of person who doesn't handle her temper very well.
